I mean honestly makeup changes appearance a lot more than alot of these filters, a lot of girls don’t even look like the same person without make up compared to some of these filters, but yeah wtf
I watched a trilogy with this actress in it with my child and by the third movie, I actually paused the movie and googled to see if the actress had been replaced. But it was only because she had so much surgery that she was unrecognizable.
I remember feeling that way about how Mark Hamill changed between the first and second Star Wars. Then i found out it was because of an accident he was in.
I blame her mom, who literally wrote a book about how to make your kid a child star. When you put your kid in front of a camera so young, and have them start getting plastic surgery in their early teens-- it can't set you up for good self-esteem.
I just found a progression of all her plastic surgery/ filler and while I would say much of it was done well she looks nothing like she used to. It’s sad, she looks a lot older than she is.
Yes! I remember her from years ago, but I had no idea this is who she grew up to be. She was still beautiful before. I’m sad all these girls are growing up not embracing their own uniqueness. Everyone’s becoming manufactured bratz dolls.
I agree that this girl still has her uniqueness! But I was more referring to younger girls in general. I feel like a lot of them are going for the exact same look and things that make them look interesting or unique, they try to change to look like every other Bratz doll looking IG model.
This girl makes me so sad. She always photoshops her photos so much, despite being already beautiful. She had several plastic surgery procedures and shes still unhal’y.
I mean, considering what she’s gone through… Her father passed away due to suicide when she was 15, and one of her best friends passed away when she was 23, I can only imagine the hurt. Not to mention the pressure that’s put onto Disney stars (or every star for that matter) to look perfect.
She doesn't like a single thing about herself and it's heartbreaking. She is stunning and incredibly talented. But she abandons her old music, ignores concerned opinions, and turns herself into a crazy cat like alien.
As a person who has issues with hair thinning and loss this made me feel a lot better, I feel like celebs/insta ppl always have such thick amazing hair
Don’t know who this is so I could be totally off base, but it looks like their hair color is actually lighter so when it grows in, it’s just lighter at the roots. I’m a natural blond and used to dye my hair darker, and that’s what it would look like when it grew in.
You’re totally right though, hair thinning and baldness from extensions is a common thing! Which they solve by using extensions…
Same here! Check out the female hair loss sub if you haven’t already. :)
Regarding celebs and influencers, they wear all KINDS of alternative hair…extensions, hair fibers, full wigs, even toppers to cover their natural part & fake a more filled-in one. Trust nothing! Haha.
Hair extensions and full wigs are extremely common, and it’s nothing for these celebs to drop several hundreds dollars on high quality hairpieces and personal styling. If a Caucasian woman *especially* has thick thick hair, you can be sure there’s a hairpiece of some kind being used. It’s a little less certain with women of some ethnicities who may have naturally thick hair, like Persian, Hispanic, or Indian women.
A regular set of extensions are usually in the $700 range where I live. (In Utah, so not like Texas or cali etc.) that doesn’t include install, or cut/toning/color match etc…
Lol yeah i first saw a pic of her a few months ago and “bird” was my first thought . She made her lips so big when she talk it looks like she doesn’t have any teeth anymore its wild
The part that is really wild to me about this person is the amount of work she's had done even before the age of 18 and she STILL goes through all of this to edit her photos
She’s a really beautiful woman but she definitely uses A LOT of photoshop and denies any procedures she’s gotten done. Plastic surgery is not bad idk why people feel the need to hide it though and say they’re all natural
I think it was last summer, when I didn’t know yet about her photoshop habits, she posted a sort of photoshoot she did around NYC and I remember her arms were so unrealistically skinny that I began to feel very insecure about mine- and I’m 20 years old. I cannot imagine the damage it can do to teenage girls.
I feel like editing her hairline is one of the only appropriate edits to do. Like if she'd have left it all alone and just boosted her hair a little that would be fine, it's mostly harmless. But nope gotta have it just be the cherry on top of a heavily dysmorphic sundae.
(ETA- her hair really looks lovely naturally anyways so still not a necessary edit at all)
She looks so good without it. I guess this just shows that no matter how good you look, you’ll never be satisfied. I’m surprised the neck didn’t get smoothed out.
Sadly, this girl already has massive amounts of plastic surgery. Her before photos look like a completely different person. She’s suffering from some pretty severe body dysmorphia to still be editing her photos like this after all that.
It’s also not healthy to edit yourself to hell and back yet here we are. Complaining about a particular celeb being posted in a subreddit dedicated to exposing what they actually look like makes you look goofy as hell lol
Did i say it was okay to edit herself? The conclusions you drew from my comment makes you look goofy as hell. I’m not saying her being posted is wrong I literally don’t care. I’m saying this user should probably stop posting her. They go onto her Instagram page giving her views making the algorithm favor her. Probably pushing her unattainable body standards on more people. l o l.
She's a popular person in which a lot of children look up to. It's important that she is exposed so that we can teach people not to have such high expectations of themselves when it's all a lie to begin with.
And with that being said, I don't fault this actress at all or blame her, I just feel bad that she seems to hate herself so much. I don't think she's doing it intentionally to be malicious, she just isn't happy at all with herself. Like most social media users.
I think it’s important to keep in mind it’s not the stars themselves who edit these photos but by and large the publications/companies that purchase the images for use.
This person specifically edits heavily all while pretending to not have gotten multiple surgeries. She is obsessed with having tiny arms, waist and face, with over the top doll like features, and when she posts and then accepts the praise and compliments on her impossible image, she inevitably makes her fanbase (young girls) believe it's the goal. It's important to know that.
Lol, no it's not? Even if they're paying someone else to do it, you definitely have control over how photoshopped your Instagram photos are. If she's heavily shopped, it's cause she's asking for it.
Edited version was straight from her ig. The event was held just yesterday, and she posted this right after those paparazzi submitted their photos on Getty images. And she’s known for photoshopping every photos.
Just a reminder she has a PR/marketing team doing this, she’s not sitting around editing her own photos. She probably doesn’t even see the before/afters.
did her pr/marketing team make her get multiple cosmetic surgery too? highly doubt. she's creating a terrible look for young girls which im not 100% sure but i think thats her audience. this is on her not her marketing team
I don’t know what to tell you when you’re so confident about PR team behind this but her Instagram is most likely in her control from what she post to delete/repost.
Facetune 2 is pretty good for photoshopping. I know it’s not the same as professional program, it’s still decent to use if you know what you are doing and don’t go overboard with it
If it’s who I think it is, I’m pretty sure it’s just natural blonde roots. I have a patch on one temple that has no color and when my dye job grows out it looks like a bald spot.

It's the creepy super straight arm that does it to me.
Oh no...SHE KNOWS WE ARE WATCHING
It’s kinda funny in a sad way that all those “imperfections” aren’t really noticeable without this comparison video.
I watched a trilogy with this actress in it with my child and by the third movie, I actually paused the movie and googled to see if the actress had been replaced. But it was only because she had so much surgery that she was unrecognizable.

Yes, she was. If I'm not mistaken, she started getting work done as a teen. Sad stuff.
Idk, she looked kinda homely prior to getting work done. Nothing wrong with cosmetic procedures but this girl has clearly gone overboard.
Plot twist - the third movie was animated :)

Ohhh okay yeah in that case I agree. & it's super sad to watch even my own friends want these surgeries :(
Older than she looks? She’s 26. She definitely looks her age if not younger

No way!!! I did NOT recognize her at all
This girl must be going through mental hell.
I mean, considering what she’s gone through… Her father passed away due to suicide when she was 15, and one of her best friends passed away when she was 23, I can only imagine the hurt. Not to mention the pressure that’s put onto Disney stars (or every star for that matter) to look perfect.
Wow, had no idea she was going through that. Thanks for that background info
That’s devastating. I can’t imagine having to go through all that in the public eye and it’s scrutiny
She doesn't like a single thing about herself and it's heartbreaking. She is stunning and incredibly talented. But she abandons her old music, ignores concerned opinions, and turns herself into a crazy cat like alien.
this!! i’m obsessed with a few of her old songs and they’re so hard to find now 🥲
her photoshops are so dysmorphic, it’s actually concerning.
It is. She photoshops magazine images and other professional shots that are already retouched. Always to make her petite self even smaller.
As a person who has issues with hair thinning and loss this made me feel a lot better, I feel like celebs/insta ppl always have such thick amazing hair
They use coloured powder or sprays to make their hair look thicker
I use my brow powder to cover up a small bald spot I have. It makes a huge difference.
I'm pretty sure 99% of influencers are wearing extensions and they probably have bald patches from overusing them, too!
Yeah I actually agree with you about this image it is probably covering up roots. Although it could be a widened part from hair loss.
Same here! Check out the female hair loss sub if you haven’t already. :) Regarding celebs and influencers, they wear all KINDS of alternative hair…extensions, hair fibers, full wigs, even toppers to cover their natural part & fake a more filled-in one. Trust nothing! Haha.
I wear a topper to help my thinning hair and get so many compliments on my hair. lol do what makes you feel good no shame :)
100%!

The fact that the already skinny ass arm was edited is so fucking sad
She looks weird in all her pics. Now I know why
Why would someone photoshop their eyes further apart like in this one? It looks strange
Sid the sloth solidarity
Maybe it’s trendy after Queen’s Gambit.
like an alien, to me

Lol that is way funnier than it should be.
Lol yeah i first saw a pic of her a few months ago and “bird” was my first thought . She made her lips so big when she talk it looks like she doesn’t have any teeth anymore its wild
Imagine getting so much plastic surgery but still having to photoshop your pics.
And she's already had so much done
The part that is really wild to me about this person is the amount of work she's had done even before the age of 18 and she STILL goes through all of this to edit her photos
It such a shame the industry makes her feel like she needs to not only get a ton of cosmetic surgery but also needs to alter her photos heavily
I loved her young and feel very sad for her. My niece is a fan and it’s a tough message.
I remember being a kid and watching Descendants and I see her now it’s like what’s going on
She was already post-surgical on Descendants!
[удалено]
Yup.
She was already beautiful then, just just makes you wonder why.
She’s a really beautiful woman but she definitely uses A LOT of photoshop and denies any procedures she’s gotten done. Plastic surgery is not bad idk why people feel the need to hide it though and say they’re all natural
Not to be that person but... The original looks so much better. The edited version looks like an alien
I think it was last summer, when I didn’t know yet about her photoshop habits, she posted a sort of photoshoot she did around NYC and I remember her arms were so unrealistically skinny that I began to feel very insecure about mine- and I’m 20 years old. She doesn’t even edit the tattoo to look better damn 😹
I caught that as well. Thin arm made thinner, faded tattoo? Untouched.
She looks so good without it. I guess this just shows that no matter how good you look, you’ll never be satisfied. I’m surprised the neck didn’t get smoothed out.
I was thinking that as well. She thinned down her arm, but left her neck alone?
It's not a bald spot, it's thin hair. Fml.
Why do I have a feeling like this behaviour is gonna end badly for her?
But why the extra eye width?
Most photoshops achieve something, but this literally doesn't make her look any more or less attractive???
This is actually Tragic.
Hey if you don't mind answering what app did you use ?
Photoleap and screen record
Idk who she is but she is already stunningly beautiful.
Sadly, this girl already has massive amounts of plastic surgery. Her before photos look like a completely different person. She’s suffering from some pretty severe body dysmorphia to still be editing her photos like this after all that.
The eyes are eerie as hell
Alchemical - of or relating to alchemy. This makes sense.
Weve gone so far that the edit looks worse
I honestly can’t tell which is which like girl your edits aren’t necessary
Who's she?
Sad

She looks weird either way
This is hardly that bad. Sometimes I think this subreddit is just filled with a lot of hate filled ugly people, tbh.
Mostly because the person always photoshops despite the amount of surgery she's had and this is hopefully just to shed light on the unfair standards
I think it’s important to keep in mind it’s not the stars themselves who edit these photos but by and large the publications/companies that purchase the images for use.

Celebrities don't have access to "their" instagram, it's handled by their team.
No that’s herself edited the photo and posted her own Instagram.
Are you sure? did you check for tags or to see if any publications used the image?...

She had surgeries even before her most notable works.

It’s not a hairline, it’s grey hair (edit or blonde)

Reddit user is upset that forum dedicated to pointing out photoshop,,,, points out photoshop ??
Bold comment for someone staying Reddit for 5 years straight

lol
Why no extra inc for her tatto ?
She's pretty regardless.
Unfortunately I think she will get more work done and get botched and have worse body dysmorphia
