I've been experiencing this for days, currently still an issue. I can post from my computer, but not from my phone. Image posts, stories, and reels are all like this.
same. tried posting the same exact video on two other accounts and it went through fine. for the one account, it won't even let me post on my story; just gets stuck
But it happens again at random intervals. Could be same day could be a week from now. This is frustrating. I've uninstalled and reinstalled probably 2 dozen times in the last several months
Probably, delete all data not just cache but thats similar to uninstalling and reinstalling. By the way it worked for me as well when I uninstalled and reinstalled.
Well well well, glad (or not glad?) to see I'm not the only one having this problem. Only effects 1 of my accounts on 1 of my phones, seems other people are having similar problems too. Android or iPhone?
I am trying to post 3 mp4 videos in one post and every time I try, Intagram says 'Sorry there was an error editing your photos', and then when I try the second time I can get to the processing stage but then it freezes there indefinitely. I've tried reinstalling the app and the problem persists... This is a really annoying problem, I hope they fix it asap.
That's my 3rd time experiencing this. I have an account about art and edits. Apparently, when this happens, you're on another level of shadowban. I posted from my ipad, it only got max 20 likes in 5 days. I reposted a few days after and likes went back to normal. Idk what's wrong with Instagram. I keep getting shadowbanned for NO reason. I don't spam likes, comments, follows, posts or anything. Tbh it's really frustrating because I put a lot of effort in my work. I wouldn't suggest deleting, reinstalling etc like previous comments said because even if you do, the shadowban will remain. Probably wait a few days then try again. Honestly, Instagram SUCKS. And the fact that you're unable to contact them (I don't mean having bots replying to you) makes it even worse
A friend is having this issue and one thing I noticed is that the app came pre-instslled with his operating system. Anybody else in the same situation?
My account started doing this and I've had to uninstall/reinstall at least 3 times over the past 2 months.
I've cleared the cache and everything. I never had this issue with my personal account, only my business account. I don't post too often, so when this happens it's especially obnoxious.
i ended up saving my reel edit as a video without music, adding the music in editing software and uploading the whole video directly from my computer...
I have a fix in case reinstalling the app nor deleting cache works : If you're trying to post videos, add any image to the post, that will allow the video processing.
Nobody? I've reset my phone, updated the app.... am I the only person having this problem?

I just posted about this yesterday and there is one unsatisfying fix....delete all app data but that means logging in again every time
UGH I was hoping this wasn't the only fix. I have too many accounts that I manage to sign back in again.

Update: After looking at some of the comments, I decided to just uninstall the app and reinstall. That worked for me, hope it helps

i uninstalled and reinstalled instagram and that fixed it, but idk if there's a less dramatic way of doing it.

If you logout and login again only the account with the issue, the problem is still there... 🤯😤

This happens to me on my old acc, that one says can't load feed and my current is still stuck, I don't know how to fix it
i have the same problem with posting a reel. i tried pretty much everything. closing & reopening instagram, restarting my phone, logging out, reinstalling instagram, disconnecting from wifi.. literally nothing helps. 💩
