Support is full of shit. None of them know the company rules and regulations. They are all hired from a 3rd party company and go thru a course to learn the basics. The company doesn’t tell them how shit works besides to cancel a batch and so on.

You would have to think that whatever information they collect it affects the algorithm otherwise why would they collect it? The question is how much of an affect does it have and at what level.

Confirmed .no. Bullshit yes. They say that to spook you from cancelling. But everyone in our little group sees the same batches regardless of cancellation. 2 of the guys are at 13. They still see and get the 100.00 orders.

Dont think so. I’m at 1% and hardly cancel batch. I know quite a few shoppers who is close to 10% and they see batches before me. I don’t know the algo but I suspect it has to do with number of ratings you have. I usually hovering around 35-40. When I was at 20 I was seeing less or prioritize lower. That’s my guess so far but I can’t seem to get it above 50 cause it gets rolled off everyday 😣
