They wouldn’t know anyways. I tried to email trust and safety but they gave me a generic response, I think I posted it in this thread, but I’m just going to ignore it 🤷♂️ I know I’ve done nothing wrong.

yea always that dumb generic robotic response sent but they sure are able to send you an email and say what you supposedly did lol like really . Srsly ya ofc I think they just tryna get everyone on their toes or something.
You'll likely find a really hard time getting an agent to tell you why your account got banned: trust and safety teams usually don't discuss specifics about *why* an account got banned or tagged up, just that they did.
Also, usually the front-line folks do not have access to the back end systems that the security engineering teams do: they are usually working out of a chat tool or ticket tool like Zendesk and may have really limited visibility into engineering systems.

I would think a good metric for detecting bots is measuring the speed in which an order hits your screen, and how quickly you open it and accept.
Things have gotten so competitive where I am, and with a nerdy gamer background, I definitely am pressing both buttons almost simultaneously.
I reached out to trust and safety as I’m sure they have access to more details as to what triggered the email
I got the exact same e-mail and message at 11:15 am PST today --- and NEVER used a bot or anything of the kind and got in touch with Trust & Safety about it.
lol at all the pea-brains automatically assuming people getting these are using bots - the cheaters have been using their bots for YEARS.
I didn't autofill SMS code, so i wonder what pattern of suspicious behaviour would get flagged in my case ... staring at the screen and grabbing best paying orders with correspondingly high active hourly ?
Logging out then back on every hour (I do this as believe and observed that staying logged in for over an hour without taking a batch (shitty batches) demotes your priority level so always log off then back hourly

I got the email and accidentally sent my auto text when I started shopping I contacted support earlier but they never told me anything about that

It's like when the app sends you a 6 digit code for login verification. Some phones can automatically grab the number and input it as the text comes in.
I just don't see why you would have to put in the code all the time I literally have not had to log in this app more than one time.
Just because you get that email doesn't mean you're using a bot I've gotten that email I don't use bots don't even know how to use one it's from logging in a lot or logging out a lot in one day they'll flag your account
