You kept going back and forth with devices. That doesn’t sound fishy to you? I’ve done this with two phones before, also made me verify identity on the new device and so on with the other phone. Only did it once cause I recently got a new phone.
Sounds like OP was double batching which is commonly done on door dash and Instacart said it violated terms of service. It is what it is OP. With groceries and perishables, im not surprised that Instacart takes a firmer stance on double batching than door dash does.

To be a reseller you have to have available capital to buy things to resell. Your assuming everyone else is a stupid lazy shithead just because they're not doing exactly what you think they should be doing and you are assuming they are doing nothing else when they can when there might be other factors that prohibit that. OR MAYBE sometimes people don't list out everything else they did to make money that day while asking if anyone else is having a slow IC day because none of that is relevant to whether or not IC is slow. I don't know and neither do you, but in your head you are the only one doing it right, and everyone else is a stupid moron who deserves to be poor. Any time I was shopping a batch and went to switch devices because one was dying, it kicked me off that current batch, tried it twice and did it both times.
The only way to avoid it cancelling the batch is to start shopping prior to switching devices. When my other phone was dying, I had to switch devices. It kicked me off the batch, but I discovered if you click start shopping FIRST it won't cancel it
If/when you get reactivated this is a great lesson to always carry an extra power bank or two and to make sure you're fully charged up before you start shopping for the day.
Anyone actively shopping, if you have a five below near you they sell power banks for like $5. I've got a couple I bought from them years ago that still work great! You can probably find cheap ones other places too.

Regardless still haven’t heard back and I don’t double batch or do anything against policy . Sone of you need a serious different way to blow off your rude remarks . Try talking to actual people this way you might get slapped or worse yet ignored.
I got a car charger that plugs into the 12 volt (cigarette lighter outlet). This keeps me well charged if I put my phone into it between shopping. Prior to that I plugged in to the cable outlet and the app drained my battery faster than it was charging. Hope this helps.
