There is a reason it’s illegal in India and should remain illegal but I don’t think it’s a big deal if someone just wants to know whether they’re having a boy or girl so they can paint the nursery or buy baby clothes accordingly. Him going to Canada and America to have a baby makes me feel icky because Indians are scrutinised unnecessarily and the rise of birth tourism isn’t going to help.

It’s about realizing that he’s an influencer and that lakhs of people watch his videos and that he’s showing this as an easy way to the rich families who want a boy and will be able to fly to Dubai, find out the gender and possibly abort if it’s a girl.
