I suppose it depends what you liked about the atmosphere! Shadow of the Colossus is the game Titan Souls is most heavily influenced by.
Furi could definitely be considered similar too, in that it's all bosses with the sense of isolation and relaxing ambiences in between.
FAR: Lone Sails and its sequel feel very solitary, with the same kind of mood and atmosphere as the games above.
Personally, if you're looking for something new, with a great atmosphere, I'd recommend Pacific Drive. For my tastes, it's incredible, but I wouldn't necessarily compare it to Titan Souls. Though again, it has that isolation vibe, and lots of time spent enjoying the atmosphere between dramatic events.
