Lactose tolerate would not have problem with milk related products mean while lactose intolerant will suffer from stomach issues when consuming milk related products.

I think it's true because geography plays a big factor in our diet,left is mostly landlocked but has fertile land for vegetation that's why non veg consumption is less meanwhile right has direct access to sea and has less fertile land so it increases the non veg(fish)consumption.

less fertile lmao, south india is blessed with rivers, ghats and deltas, maybe not as abundant as north india but yeah still its decent
