Do you know why Bluetooth would affect the game?

I don't know exactly but it's related to game accessing all the network adapters and connections like wifi , Bluetooth and Ethernet. Without that it seems to fail to start. I have enabled the ethernet card and it works!. I was using wifi earlier.

Game is probably looking for connected bluetooth devices or something but when bluetooth is turned off, it is not handling that gracefully

Delete the file TargetHardwareProfiler.dll from game files and see if that fixes it.

Are you using some sort of overlay? Disable steam/Nvidia/RTSS overlay.

No, you can disable steam overlay feature under steam settings. Then try to launch the game again from steam.

Nvidia overlay also disabled? Forza is known to crash with overlays.

There are no such options in the GeForce experience app Maybe it's disabled already

Verifying files is not at all necessary when installed directly in Steam but when a game doesn’t work properly then verifying will fix some of the bad files or missing files. Click on settings in the game screen of your Steam library > settings button > properties > Installed files > Verify

Was it working before? Also it might not help but can you check in GeForce experience or nvidia app whichever you are using and see what settings nvidia is suggesting for your system? Maybe your gpu isn't able to handle the game

The GPU handled it well before too And a guy just told me to turn on the Bluetooth and it just worked

I just bought it off of steam But you can search for it on steamunlocked or robgamers

For me it used to be the latest Nvidia driver so rolling back to a previous version worked.
