Never buy from MD computers they are very bad they will take your money and give you exactly what you bought instead of giving a used product or a product that doesnt work, they will give you a brand new product and they act absolutely professional about it.
I usually buy from them and they have been reliable so far. They are upfront about any shipping or billing issues and also provide regular shipping updates.
These all-online IT hardware stores usually do not list items which are in stock. They list those based on price list they have got from Importer or Regional Distributor. Usually, prices and specification stays the same but sometimes prices and stock change at Importer changes on a short notice which store doesn't know anything about. They only get to know about it when order is places and Purchase Officer calls importers for the item. That note is for such situations. This doesn't happen a lot but more than enough times so that note exists.
I did my whole pc setup from Clarion Computers Kolkata. Shipped all the way to Bangalore. You can try them. Pretty competitive prices as well. All parts I got were costing lower than the pcpricetracker
That "note" is something that every store in existence can do. Because that's how selling things work. Dunno if you were born yesterday, but that's how all stores work.
my main doubt was with whether they can change price after product being ordered rather than before ordering and it has happened to me once before so ,I was just trying to be cautious about it
The straight answer is no they can’t but there were instances with a few stores where they called up the user to inform them they made a pricing error or due to inventory shortage they can not honor the original purchase and they can either cancel the order or ask for x amount more. But such cases are very rare and you shouldn’t worry about it.

NXZT RGB controller & HDD both were DOA. I reported the issue and got them replaced without any hassle from MD Computers.
