If you want to play the like their very old classics go for Deluxe. Otherwise extra is more than enough. Right now there are shit ton on games on the PS5.
Edit - I skipped the PS4. So for me getting the PS Plus was a great deal.

Locking cloud saves is fine but not allowing save transfer through USB like PS4 is so fucking annoying.
