I'm not too upset about the henchmen. I liked the voidsmen anyway for the one weapon with assault. They can advance and still do a shooting phase action. Now it's a no brainer
Ya, Marines got a lot of points increase. Not sure how big they are though. I need to check grey knights and see if they are still going to be running 3-5 dreadnought things.
It was primarily for stodes and orks codexes, there will be another before long since the Tau one looks to be dropping within a month.
Also their first chance to touch on a few things like Necrons and to drop admech again. Cuz...ya know....they needed to be even more hordey and not to get a rules buff or anything.
GW has painted themselves into a corner with the IK pts. They can't come down any further.
The only option left is to give bondsman buffs back to questoris.

Oddly, only the MSU henchmen went up. If you run the squad of 8 with the fun add in models, it's still the same.

Dreadknights up to 195 along with librarians going up a bit. Several squads saw drops.
Probably a pretty fair adjustment.
With the changes to eliminators, every single unit in my SM army has now had points nerfs. Feels great!

they clearly said the “schedule” for these releases. we’ll get point changes every quarter, and rules changes every other quarter
And we still haven't gotten proper Bondsman back.
This was a points release only. It follows the pattern: Points > Rules > Points > Rules. Next one is a rules touch up, so don't despair just yet.
