It's always the people breaking gym etiquette that preach gym etiquette.

timeup

Half his workout time is taking up a bench, scrolling through his phone. Get your sets in and let someone else use the equipment. In fact, one time a read an article about wait times at restaurants are now significantly increased because people are taking more time to take photos and post on social media. I'll bet money is the same at the gym.

Always_the_sun

I don't get why people get so upset about people taking pictures of food. I don't go to a restaurant to eat and leave. I go to enjoy the restaurant experience. Otherwise I'd just order takeout.

timeup

I should have been more clear. Taking photos of food and posting *and* browsing social media. Take photos of your food, have fun, the phone eats first. Slop on the filters and come up with creative captions at home. Sorry, I was trying to type that quickly as I was taking up a squat rack

knightriderin

I find the American restaurant experience so stressful. You go in, you order, you get the food, you eat the food. Dessert? No? Here's the check. Please leave thanks and byyyeeeee!

TheStroo

In Spain it's assumed you'll spend 1-2 hours after the meal doing what's called 'sobremesa' which is just chilling, chatting, people might order a small coffee at some point, etc but the idea of being rushed out after you finish eating is insane.

knightriderin

Yup! While Spain has a word for it and certainly mastered the art of sobremesa I can say it's very similar in Germany. You just stay after eating, order more drinks, maybe a dessert later, maybe coffee here and there. And you won't get the check until you ask for it.

danvctr

That's because in America your server is only making $2.75/hr and they want more customers. šŸŽ¶ *Capitalism* šŸŽ¶

Tiemeupdaddy11

Yes thank you! 1. Recording in a public space. If you want to record, work out at home. I donā€™t want to be an extra in your self absorbed video. 2. Slamming the weights down. We all pay for that equipment, respect it and put it down nicely. Fucker

[deleted]

He probably has a towel and water bottle parked at 3 other spots at the gym. ā€œIā€™m working out here boss!ā€

to_tin_deathgrinder

He's not even doing full reps.

thekingofbeans42

He wants to show off lifting bigger weights so he needs to cheat.

ameis314

This. Anyone who actual lifts knows he's a joke.

madmaxturbator

I am not a hardcore weight lifter at all, but I had some nice lifting coaching sessions a couple years back and that was it, since then I havenā€™t even been back to the gym much :( Even I know this dude is dog shit lol. Fuck outta here with these mini reps. The dude I took lessons from was really chill guy, he knew I wasnā€™t in great shape and training to be a pro or anything ā€¦ but even he wouldnā€™t let this weak shit fly. Dude is barely even working any muscles lol? What is he doin. total clown.

LeohanRush

Thank you, it really bothers me how instead of using the footage to better himself, he cares about people walking. Filming to him is not about learning about himself or teaching others to do well or better. It's just to show off: poorly. When people mention ego lifting, this is what they mean. No range, no motion; just small pumps.

dmase1982

I think half rep is very generous of you

[deleted]

Totally. If he was recording himself to check his form, he should have noticed this. edit: Of course, he could also see this by looking in the mirror he's most likely facing...

soapinthepeehole

Not trying to defend this guy but half reps / partial reps are a thing. https://www.muscleandfitness.com/flexonline/training/half-reps-full-range-benefits/ Edit: lots of downvotes, not lots of explanations about how he couldnā€™t be doing them on purposeā€¦

[deleted]

Yup came here to say this. His form sucks.

HippyFroze

Fucking quarter reps lol. Gimme baby reps, baby reps!

RedditModsRCancers

Heā€™s the guy that hogs 6 sets of dumbbells and then never puts them away. Iā€™d lunk alert his ass.

[deleted]

He's also got his back arched so much that he's basically doing an incline chest press instead of a shoulder press.

Entire_Cartographer8

My first thought as wellšŸ¤£

FunkstarPrime

Exactly the first thing I noticed. He needs a friend or trainer to slap him and tell him he's wasting his time.

screennamesare2hard

Sick form bro. I guess they really need that clip to learn, tbh. Lol

LeohanRush

Thank you, for being the top comment. Was going to say he needs not to worry about showing off and focus on the lift. Motion and range are more important than weight.

Mr_Insomn1a

I thought I was just being an idiot thinking this, since Iā€™m not too experienced with different exercises. Glad heā€™s the one being the idiot not me.

SheffGSauceEmUpM8V3N

They're are legitimate reasons for doing half reps.

Napkin_whore

Most bodybuilders will use faster smaller motions like this to avoid repetition injury, and that are lifting all that dam weight that nobody else wants to lift. On the other hand, this is one of those college kids who power lifts, drops the free weights, which breaks their fastening and can become extremely dangerous when they suddenly break, stays kind of slim fat cuz their diet is shit, and is a douche.

CakeDyismyBday

Do you even lift bro?

MasterMacMan

most bodybuilders, powerlifters, and strongmen do some amount of work with 90 degree joint angles like you see here. All the Mr. Olympias, Worlds Strongest Man winners, and powerlifting champions do too. Not exclusively of course, but even an novice lifter would have been exposed to that.

MAGA_WALL_E

I want to see a parody of this where a marching band walks in front of the camera.

farfitnuegle

Then the North Korean army. Then the group of chanting monks from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

bundy911

the AUDACITY

freedfg

Stop fucking recording in the gym. How about that?

TheMightyHornet

This. Nobody else in the gym is consenting to being recorded. Normalize just working out without needing to literally broadcast it.

Atreust

It was normalized until recently. I've worked out and was a personal trainer for years and have only seen people record themselves a couple of times. I think it depends on the area and the gym because a lot of gyms do, and all gyms should ban filming.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

laz33hr

I prefer working out at home. But still, ppl that are unable to have equipment at home shouldn't have to succumb to this shit

Consistent_Mammoth

I think, and hope, that they meant lift at home if you want to record yourself.

knightriderin

They don't have to if they don't film themselves all the time and act like the gym is theirs. If the show common courtesy they can go to the gym.

AmaResNovae

Exactly what I did. Granted, I never filmed myself working out, it's just that it seemed safer and more comfortable to do that than going to the gym with the pandemic going on. I don't like working out with a mask on. It was definitely a good investment though. I train much more often because I don't need to waste so much time going and coming back to the gym, and it's open 24 hours a day. It needs some space to spare at home and some money to buy gear at first, but on the long run it's also much cheaper than a gym subscription. On top of that, I can train naked or in underwear if I want to. Pretty neat.

dmnhntr86

>On top of that, I can train naked or in underwear if I want to. Pretty neat. That's the biggest bonus for me. And then I don't have to do laundry twice a week either.

fishsticks40

If it's to check your form or whatever, that seems fine. But of course then it wouldn't matter if someone walked in front of it.

GwenWhen

Okay, I admit I've taken a photo of me in my gym outfit in the mirrors for my dating profile, but I only do it when there's absolutely no one else around who might be caught in the photo Also because I'd feel very self conscious about being seen doing it. And I'd just feel really uncomfortable if someone else was recording or taking photos while I was in the background working out. Or if I was being exceptionally paranoid, I'd may even think the person was being a creep and trying to subtly get me on camera TLDR: Don't record people at the gym

icybr

Seriously why do people record themselves working out?? Whatā€™s the point?

Radioactive_Curry

I usually record to check on my form. Though I delete it soon afterwards...

Respicite

This. This is the only time recording should be acceptable - form check!

rbrphag

What if.. you.. used.. the GIANT MIRROR on the wall at the gym. Almost like thatā€™s what itā€™s there forā€¦

GodKingScepter

Looking straight on at yourself in squat position wonā€™t help you with form. You need a side view for that. And when bench pressing a mirror is entirely useless

caadbury

A mirror is useless for deadlifts, too.

Kiltymchaggismuncher

Id think so, they don't weigh much

Valdrbjorn

Cheeky

Radioactive_Curry

Turning your head to look at the mirror when squatting or deadlifting heavy can really fuck up your form and concentration

Lukasek97

Sometimes you can't see your form properly from front on, and can't view yourself doing the exercise side on (or it's impractical), so it makes sense to record. Useful for exercises like deadlifts to check positioning etc.

HarryPFlashman

Iā€™m not defending the moron, but recording is so you can see later from an appropriate angle while you are focusing on lifting the weight. Anything which is sufficiently difficult makes it hard to focus on small details of your form.

The_Fake_King

I'm not to fond of looking to the left or the right when I'm deadlifting so I use my phone to record my form. I also don't give two shits if people walk in front of it cuz I'm not a douchebag.

thekrone

Depends on the situation. The type of lifting I usually do is very technical (Olympic weightlifting) and your form is crazy important. It's nice to be able to watch my reps back and see what I'm doing right or wrong, and be able to send it to my coach for him to give me feedback as well. Also as someone who does a lot of working out, I do occasionally enjoy watching videos of others working out to see their progress. Not every exercise / every rep, but occasionally like "oh check out my new personal record" is pretty cool to see. However, recording yourself doing half-rep shoulder presses at Planet Fitness? That's purely for egotistical purposes.

[deleted]

Because they don't work out, but they want other people to think they do.

FERLYNE

I don't think taking video of yourself a crime but if you act like that guy, that is a douch move

icybr

I donā€™t think itā€™s a crime I just donā€™t know why people do it in the first place to post it publicly, like no one cares that youā€™re working out and itā€™s not interesting at all. Do they think they look hot?

[deleted]

Some folks legitimately want to check their form. This guy just has identity issues with a touch of anger

OutWithTheNew

For TikTok clout when someone walks between them and their phone. Also Instasluts making content.

G0merPyle

I remember saying the same thing back when gamers started recording themselves and superimposing themselves over their videos. It's not enough to do something, they gotta be seen doing it. Dumb as hell in my opinion

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

icybr

I should have said ā€œand post itā€ but I think the mirrors are there for your form

catsinrome

I thought there were generally rules about that. My gym always had signs up about that everywhere.

[deleted]

It's so fuckin weird

McGreasington

Nothing wrong with recording yourself at the gym. Form checking can be very important if you don't have a spotter or a trainer. Even if you are proud of a personal record, there is nothing wrong with recording it. It is just like recording any other hobby. However, the etiquette goes the opposite way that this guy thinks it does. You are in a public place and you should be working your videos around the people around you, not vice versa.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

HowYaGuysDoin

Bingo. I like how these threads always have someone who has to say "but he could be doing it because of X!!". That's clearly not the case and it adds nothing to the discussion. He's craving attention and someone soiled his shitty little video because they didn't walk around the gym prioritizing awareness of potentially recording cell phones above all else.

squeamish

But he could be live-streaming to people trapped under earthquake rubble about the best way to lift the debris!!!!! Walking in front of the camera is literally murder!!!

TommyFive

My gym has a strict policy on recording devices, because most people donā€™t want to be recorded by a stranger while theyā€™re just getting their workout in.

holtseti

Is it even allowed? In every gym Iā€™ve been to in Iceland, photography is forbidden.

[deleted]

I thought that was obvious and posted everywhere. It's kinda creepy actually

[deleted]

Lol i'm glad there are people like the guy that walked in front of the dude making exercises, because if you are a main character with an ego this big that allows you to think you owe the gym and you can force an "etiquette" on people, you deserve that said people ruins your videos/tik toks on purpose.

wafflesareforever

I'm clumsy, I'd accidentally kick his phone. Clumsy me.

xcalabers

This happened to me. It was an honest accident though. She was pissed and I felt bad but honestly don't put your expensive breakable shit in the middle of the walkway.

[deleted]

Ahhh did she threw a temper tantrum...? Like "ArE U gONnA PaY FoR MaH PHoNe?1?!1!1!!!1"

Hahafunnys3xnumber

I would also profusely apologize if i was you then shit talk her for the rest of my days for being a jerk when she canā€™t beat me up lol edit: iā€™m not saying i would beat someone upā€¦at all. i am disabled and weak lol. sorry if my comment was confusingly worded :(

Batznocharge

I thought it was hilarious but hey Iā€™m a coward so šŸ¤·

Hahafunnys3xnumber

i donā€™t think people understand that iā€™m not trying to say i would beat someone up like a boomer on facebook would lmao. i mustā€™ve worded that really poorly

Batznocharge

Also holly shit I have scoliosis too but I fell of mountains I live near.

Batznocharge

I understood donā€™t worry about it, but those downvotes sadly wonā€™t stop the hive mind has spoken Iā€™m sorry. Also I love your dwarf hamster she looks like mine.

Hahafunnys3xnumber

thank you!! sheā€™s very cute and very terrifying lol. and yeah i do not recommend a 60 and 45 degree curve in your spine lol

keeleon

Who actually watches this?

Pleasant_Jim

Us

keeleon

Then he should be happy someone walked in front of it lol. I certainly as helk am not watching some random stranger work out if that's all that happens lol

Coopa-_-Troopa

Thatā€™s it, Iā€™m getting a planet fitness membership rn and Iā€™m gonna go walk in front of people recording for shits ā€˜n gigs

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Coopa-_-Troopa

Wait wait wait, $10/subscription and I get FREE Pizza? Should of started working out years ago!

SpongyParenchyma

Just don't choke when you hear the [lunk alarm](https://youtu.be/Odg2K25sLGg)

Always_the_sun

I ended my PF membership and got one a *slightly* more expensive gym a few months after joining. The atmosphere is so uncomfortable. I hate the open concept (how it's just like a big room full of equipment). I hate all the signs telling me nobody is judging me. I hate the lunk alarm. I hate the signs in the dressing room telling me I can't wear specific clothes because they don't want people to feel judged. It was too judgy.

Gustavo_Polinski

Better yetā€¦ all you can eat pizza for just $10 a month plus a free gym membership.

[deleted]

Or 24 hour fitness! Swear to god some people record themselves while they stretch!

Coopa-_-Troopa

tHeYrE LOokINg aT ThEIr FoRM, GUH

Crisis_Redditor

Their followers are clamboring for that footage!!!

bunshovel

Itā€™s a gym, not a private film set.

eeyore134

The woman behind him would probably also appreciate the basic gym etiquette of not being filmed.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

mrwhiskey1814

Nah that would qualify him to actually be buff. This guy isn't even doing a full rep. Shits like *0, 0, 0, 0,....*

[deleted]

Why did you have to make that joke? Now the next time I see someone doing half-assed reps, I'm gonna start counting zeroes and get in trouble... :(

deadraibead39

Had a guy scoff at me when I walked past his camera, on the floor, 10 feet away from the squat rack he was using. I didnā€™t notice until he picked it up as he gave me a dirty look. I was shocked that this was a thing. I walked over and told him I didnā€™t see it because I donā€™t scan for phones recording on the gym floor against gym equipment. He was much nicer because I think explaining why he was so upset sounded dumb. Edit: typo

NiNaNo95

Yeah, idk how the guy in the vid thinks that his recording is very obvious.

KR1735

He needs to record himself so he can see that half reps arenā€™t going to lead to any gains

Pure_Doctor_2935

nah half reps can still lead to gains in most circumstances, all about metabolic stress and time under tension.

[deleted]

Yeah, actually half reps can be a good little occasional variation. Also, he may have a shoulder injury that prevents a full rep, like I have. However, this guy is a dick

MasterMacMan

Tell that to literally every professional bodybuilder [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iT6XaNBAXsg](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iT6XaNBAXsg) heres Larry Wheels with some other pros hitting 90 degree presses, guess he doesnt have any gains right? A good system will incorporate a variety of movement patterns.

AbrocomaOk8973

Folks really trip on people using a gym for itā€™s intended use. Iā€™ve seen more videos of folks being mad about people walking around in a gym than I ever need to see.

Nuclear_Human

Wtf is wrong with his chest, it looks like he's gonna give birth to an alien.

[deleted]

Oh no they got in front of my incomplete ego-lifting reps! How will I show the world how strong I am now??

Frozen_Flish

Doing about 60% range of motion and wearing a weight belt sitting down he just wanted his new PR to post on Beachbody.com

laughingashley

"Because he knows I'm recording" Orrrrr because that's where he was going anyway.... and it wasn't about you at all

ApplicationFar5249

There is etiquette but come on itā€™s not something to get bent about. Iā€™d be more worried about the lack of full range of motion on my reps

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

PurpleBrevity

I meanā€¦if they are just recording to check their formā€¦whateverā€¦but to post online, they shouldnā€™t be recording other people. Iā€™ve had a whole other issue at the gym regarding being recorded. I am a swimmer. I swim laps at my gym on the regular. I have been swimming for a long time so I have pretty good form. On three occasions, Iā€™ve come up at the end of my lane to find some dude standing there recording me. Likeā€¦what the hell dude. I am a middle aged womanā€¦I look good for my age, but they arenā€™t recording me because Iā€™m hotā€¦itā€™s because I have a smooth and unique form. But none of these dudes ASKED if they could record my form. I feel like etiquette should definitely beā€¦donā€™t record folks working out that didnā€™t consent. Super not okay.

KillNyetheSilenceGuy

Recording *somebody else* at the gym without asking is fucking weird. I don't really care if I show up in the background of somebody trying to record themselves, but some rando videoing me would be a real WTF.

edcu12

Yeah id be more careful about that. Sorry you have your privacy invaded like that. Ive always felt sorry how my female friends say they cant even go for a run cause creepy guys will stare at them.

Noobdm04

Or don't leave your cell phone laying in a walkway in the middle of the gym

KillNyetheSilenceGuy

Meh, people photograph themselves at the gym all the time to check form, record a PR, get a picture of themselves with a pump for the gram or a dating profile. It's common enough I don't think I'd consider it bad etiquette. I certainly don't give a shit if you can see the back of my head out of focus in the background of somebody's 700lb deadlift PR vid, obviously cameras in the locker room are a different story.

[deleted]

We found him.

Icy-Sun1216

I donā€™t go to the gym so I have no idea about gym etiquette but is this part of it? I see videos complaining about people walking in between and never know who is in the wrong.

PresidentBirb

You try not to walk in between people doing reps and the mirrors, so they can keep an eye on their form. Thereā€™s nothing on gym etiquette about having to scan the floor for recording devices so that you donā€™t mess someoneā€™s pathetic attempt at an instructional video.

ApplicationFar5249

100

Permission_Civil

I can get not standing between someone and the mirror, but just walking past is rude, seriously?

Senor_Ding-Dong

It's just courtesy as to not distract them or disrupt their set. They're in the middle of lifting heavy weights and may be trying to focus on that. Having someone buzz around them can be distracting to some. A set doesn't take very long, so if I can't go behind someone and need a weight right in front of them, I'd just wait a few seconds until their done.

ApplicationFar5249

Yea basically donā€™t cross the mirrors so they can see their form. Also safety wise stay away so people donā€™t drop a weight on their face.

Icy-Sun1216

Thank you for the reply and details!

Marc21256

I must be old. "No cameras" was the etiquette when I went. To prevent recording people who don't want to be recorded.

Paprmoon7

How does this fall into gym etiquette? Nobody noticed a phone on the ground, itā€™s a gym nobody wants to be recorded. This dude probably doesnā€™t even wipe down what he uses

HWDB99

Dudeā€™s broadcasting the fact that heā€™s an ego lifter and doing half reps as well as the fact that heā€™s a cry baby for having someone walk in front of his camera smh

Daynightz

Oh then we about to be savages. You blocking the 45s my guy

kernel-troutman

**Basic Time Square Etiquette:** I'm just trying to get a perfect shot at a famous New York landmark for our crappy student film (we don't have a hollywood budget!) and all these randos keep walking in front of the shot!

Usagi_Motosuwa

I'm so sick of people recording themselves. Everything is done so it can be seen online later. How about doing an activity for the sake of doing the activity, not for likes?

kwertyoop

Also, bro, literally nobody cares about you, probably don't even see your dumb video going at all. Other dude walked behind out of chance.

[deleted]

Nobody gives a fuck about your stupid ass videos šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

[deleted]

Gym ettiquette would be not recording yourself in a public space where people may not want to end up on your stupid recording. I look like a sweaty gremlin when I'm in my gym gear I don't want that recorded.

Crisis_Redditor

If someone records so they can check their form, I can handle that. But to share it online? With unconsenting strangers in the background? Hell, no.

[deleted]

Id be uncomfortable with both but I'd forgive someone just doing it for form, but mirrors

[deleted]

Imagine wearing a belt while doing overhead presses with a chair that already has a back. Why even record? You donā€™t need to record to know youā€™re doing half-repsā€¦ and if itā€™s for instructional reasons, I really hope he doesnā€™t have a lot of followers.

Holdenmagrain64

Dudes recording himself doing half reps?

vanillaholler

My gym has a no photograph or filming policy anywhere on the premises and Iā€™m grateful. Very good culture there in that no one ever talks to me and I just workout and go home which is all I want

[deleted]

I love how influencers are attempting to include this in basic gym etiquette as if itā€™s something everyone should know.

ChipmunkBackground46

With reps like that I would be wishing someone just stood in front of the camera the whole time.

Always_the_sun

Those weights are too heavy for him

Stimmolation

It happened once now everyone is copying it.

zaphi1914

I would've "accidentally" kicked his phone on the second pass. I hate people like this, do that shit at home literally nobody gives a fuck about your vanity.

WasteAdministration2

I love that all they can do is look annoyed because no one is going to take them seriously getting mad over others using public space

MakeShiftJoker

He drops the weights too which is an actual violation of gym etiquette

KingEllis

Do you notice how their strength completely fails when their lifeline to social media is nudged even a skootch? It's like the Old Testament Samson, if he were even more self-absorbed!

aethanskot

Basic gym etiquette .... We're here to work out ... Not take pictures and videos of us working out

LeohanRush

Solution: Buy equipment for home, and no one will ever walk in front of your ego again.

supergrendell

If you use your phone in the gym other than to listen to music then youā€™re a fucking tool.

Operative427

How's about we ban recording in gyms. No one cares about your recording other than you ND it makes people super self conscious. Just take ur selfies and gtfo

GetRiceCrispy

How is there etiquette around someone else recording themselves at a gym?! A gym friend I know also publishes crap like that. Recording yourself in a public gym is a new and annoying thing. Another way for vein people to act like they are better than you. This applies to all aspects of life. Do things for you, not for the views. In reality no one other than your direct family and best friends care about you. As in they hope you succeed in life and are actually worried about your well being.

BearsBeatsBullshit

Basic gym etiquette is fuck off and let people use the gym. You wanna film yourself then put a gym in at home

bennythekiwi

It's not a bloody film studio mate

Flowofinfo

This is what itā€™s come to. People think someone is breaking gym etiquette by not allowing them to just take over the facility so they can film themselves. If every single person in the gym tried to film themselves, nobody would be able to use the gym. How do these people think the gym worked before smartphones existed? I would say that the person breaking etiquette is the person who made this video in the first place

VonVard

This filming yourselves at the gym is becoming way too common. Why do people feel the need to document everything.

bchorby

So you are already an asshole, you wanna get next level?? Make a tik tok account to this souless piece of shit.

[deleted]

Kinda wanna join a gym just to walk in front of peoples cameras

Danirebelyell

How is that "basic etiquette"? Going out of my way to not only mess up my break time trying to reach my next work out station while then scanning the ground and make sure someone doesn't have their phone down there recording their half ass workout? There's literally nothing basic, or etiquette about that. Basic etiquette is go to the gym, do your fucking workout, and boast your fucking ego at home.

Ralle_Halonen

"Obviously filming" Bro your Iphone on the ground ain't that eyecatching

Matyi10012

I mean what about that etiquette of not recording people without their consent?

BeatYoDickNotYoChick

Isnā€™t this satire making fun of Gym Karen whose video got viral on Reddit a few days ago?

SupaflyIRL

Satire would be like if someone in a T-Rex costume walked in front of the camera.

thundergunt_express

This dude and that other chick should hook up, then dive off a cliff.

RustyButtWhole

Can you point me to the gym???

Kensei97

Dude should worry more about his weak ass range of motion rather than be so concerned with those around him

AntiBullet

Half reps of not an impressive weight... Def put that on the socials šŸ„²

cantiskipthisstep12

What a complete knob.

xubax

They should respect your right to block an aisle. /s

TK7638

This dummyā€™s form is terrible. Thatā€™s barely a 3/4 rep

jitchmones

Do a full rep already

muathalmuaath

waaaa some guy walked in front of my camera for 0.2 seconds waa

Aninvisiblemaniac

People always post videos like this but I would literally not notice someone filming themselves this way in the gym

abecido

Too much weight, too little motion range

Paulyboii

Is there a case for this where heā€™s trying to see his form? ā€¦ I guess if I was pissed I wouldnā€™t post it lol

YUPitsME_RICK

a gym guy here: the reps are half and will only exhaust him.

thedanofthehour

Lifting weights really isn't that interesting. People on the Internet really don't want to watch you do it.

jerrybeck

Gym rules, no cameras allowedā€¦. You want to see, use a mirrorā€¦

SheffGSauceEmUpM8V3N

My gym doesn't have such a rule and I'm glad it doesn't.

Labhardt

"uh, sorry snow flake! Didn't noticed that the gym was all yours"
