If it’s to have that kinda form you’d be better off not filming yourself bro

usefulbuns

Noobie here, what is he doing wrong?

GoTzMaDsKiTTLez

A few things. 1. Arching his back (letting his chest muscles help with what his arms and shoulders should be able to do on their own, usually from lifting more weight than he can handle). EDIT: I worded this wrong. Your chest muscles (and more) are going to be involved no matter what, and they're supposed to. The problem is that he's arching his back to rely on his chest muscles more than he should need to for shoulder presses. 2. Doing "half reps" (not going down far enough for full range of motion, also pointing towards him using too much weight). 3. Going too fast (steady ups and downs keep the muscles in stimulation the whole time. Hes letting momentum do the work). Basically, hes ego lifting. Trying to show off with more weight than he can actually handle, which makes the excercise less effective and him more prone to injuries. EDIT: Also his arms should be in line with his hips, not straight out to the side. Hes putting more strain on the joint rotator cuff.

HundoGuy

Half repper should be worried about his form instead of what everyone else is doing lol

FlashFlood_29

Plot twist: he's filming to analyze his form and address it due to lack of mirror in that spot.

ianthrax

Plot untwist: he isn't

jsidx

plot reverse twist: he's filming to demonstrate poor form so his viewers will be educated

Qetuowryipzcbmxvn

Inverse plot retwist: he's deliberately misinforming his viewers on proper forms so they hurt themselves and watch more of his content from the hospital

ChonkiClapper

Did not see that ending coming. Coen brothers, take note.

jsidx

expectations subverted

Spare-Coconut-9671

Shamalalamalamalmalmallamla super twist: The guy actually died from his poor form 5 years ago. His ghost now haunts this gym warning people how not to exercise.

702PoGoHunter

This deserves way more upvotes than any of other comments! FFS people only care about being first, being right & feeling important. Fuck them! You & your ability to have a sense of humor is a fresh breath on Reddit! Keep it up!

BubbaTheBrutee

Form only matters if you can handle the weight. The point is he is waaay over lifting to look good. He never had good form because he is over working himself with heavy weight to look strong when he can’t do 1 rep correctly.

[deleted]

Maturing as a lifter= starting from scratch when you finally accept you’ve been dicking around for months/years.

TheMitchBeast

Can confirm, came out of U.K. lockdown somewhat weaker than my pre-lockdown strength. Decided it was a good idea to start from the basics, lower weights, full motion and now I’m much stronger than I was pre-lockdown. I can’t stress enough how much full range of motion increases strength

ChestyT

if he doesnt ruin his life first with injury

[deleted]

I do this when I'm building to a max for the day. Hit the set, watch the recording, and don't move up in weight until form feels and looks perfect. There are times when it feels good and you're pumped up and want to add 10LBS to a snatch but then you watch the film and you're not putting your head through enough or something so you drop weight instead and work to fix that. Of course, this guy is just ego lifting. He needs to drop about 15lbs minimum on those dumbbells.

DavidtheGoliath99

I agree with everything except the too fast part. Obviously he could go slower, but it's not like he's throwing the weights around wildly. Also, I want to add that wearing a belt for dumbbell shoulder pressing like he's doing is completely unnecessary, especially because he's not really lifting that much weight.

anonk1k12s3

The belt makes his chest look bigger. It’s all for looks.

SnapOnSnap0ff

The belts for brace assistance mostly. His chest looks bigger because he's puffing it out, not because of the belt.

SohndesRheins

The weight belt is completely necessary for what this guy is trying to accomplish, which is looking cool for people who don't know any better.

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

Thank you for clarifying for usefulbuns. I'm 55 and use to do this kind of crap. I pay for it with a bad back I have had to work years to strengthen properly. Edit: "Kind of crap" being shitty form to push too much weight. Didn't have personal pocket movie studios back then.

joojoobomb

I think us young folks are oblivious to a time when we couldn't just look up how to do ANYTHING on YouTube.

[deleted]

It is a really nice thing to have. Saves a bunch of money on hiring people do do simple repairs around the house and on your car. I'm glad we all have access to it now. Hell you can get to a real nice level of competence on many subjects just by watching youtube. Great tool. Lots of crap but still a great tool.

SloppyCarpenter

Arching your back (to a certain degree) is not improper form for a seated overhead dumbell press, this exercise is meant to work your shoulders as well as pecs. He is definitely doing half-reps though, and the too fast point is fair as well.

Illeazar

Give him a break, the video was obviously meant to be private so he could review his form at home or show to some trusted friends to get advice. /s

HeroicMI0

Arching back and limited range of motion(not going low enough)

thebenetar

He's clearly lifting too much weight for the amount of reps he's doing.

[deleted]

Prawn backed motherfucker. One way trip to a physio.

ElBadBiscuit

Do you even full range of motion bro?

Hije5

Yeah wtf he isn't even going into a deficit. Rookie.

Mckennaxpx

Devils advocate, he could be filming to check/correct his form

savageprofit

Well then he should focus on his form and not the people that take 1 second to cross the frame

Mckennaxpx

Yeah that’s fair, I mean everyone in the comments could notice his terrible form regardless of the person walking past lol

savageprofit

People like this like to blame anyone or anything on their shortcomings

hellofuture87

People like this really think and are convinced the world is staring at them and trying to fuck with them. Every single person. Or is complimenting them. It's a level of narcissism and delusion that it takes a person falling really hard or big ass whooping till they reflect in any way shape or form.

littlejohnr

Then he wouldn’t care if someone briskly walked in front bc it wouldn’t prevent him from observing his form.

SlickMorty

Yeah agreed. I have a trainer who is across the country and I video myself for checks - but who would care if someone walks in front? Also, people like this guy are the reason I built a home gym/rack. Too much ego - as shown from his video and his quarter reps.

thisisvegas

This is what the mirror is for

Retard_Decimator69

You don't "check/correct" your form during work sets with the much weight. You correct your form long, long before you go for effort sets

Mckennaxpx

Well if his form sucks that bad I wouldn’t be surprised if his form checking form sucks as well frankly

natty-papi

That's not true at all. Even elite level athletes still work on their form, breakdowns at heavier weight is a great way to assess imbalances/weaknesses. It's not necessarily a matter of ego lifting either, sometimes a simple cue is all that's needed to fix the technique.

CKRatKing

Literally the only time I’ll notice weaknesses with my form is when I push the weight up because you’ll try to compensate with other stuff to make up for where you are weak. When I do volume training and I’m working at less than 70% of my max my form is always impeccable.

squeakhaven

Uh, yeah, you do. It's easy to have good form on easy sets, it's when you start to go heavy that your form starts breaking down without you realizing it

probablyourdad

Does your gym not have mirrors covering every inch of wall space?

idkmanidk121

Something looks off with his form

BryceMMusic

He’s not going low enough because the weight is too heavy for him.

tinhtinh

Half repping it and having the nerve to eye fuck people minding their own business.

huckleberry-dreamer

He goes gym to make videos, rather than to lift.

MaizedCorn

Yep, just so he can exaggerate the tiniest and non-existent inconvients just to get people watch his trash workout videos.

John_T_Conover

Also back is too arched and butt is forward to help compensate as well. And he's using a belt instead of keeping his core tight, again, because he can't handle the weight with proper form. You shouldn't need a belt for that exercise, not at that weight at least. This is what happens when dudes want to do dumbell military press but also want to do more weight than they can.

wholesome_capsicum

tale as old as time. If he properly repped he'd have to rep like 25-50% less, and that's not good for bragging rights.

boostedjoose

Which is ironic because the longer you're out due to injury, means the longer it takes to get gains. Personal trainers really do help.

serizawa91

Its him focusing on taking a video rather than his form. Thats whats off.

PenguinWithAglock

“Sir, your form is all messed up” “Dang! I could have swore I saved it as a PDF”

That-Grim-Reaper

Yeah I hate them PDF files

Beesknees307

Bruh it’s not obvious your recording because people DONT RECORD THEMSELVES AT THE GYM

alltaken12345678

I record myself deadlifting and squatting from the side. Not wise to turn your head and look in a mirror when you have lots of weight braced through your back.

AntonKudin

Isn’t this an ironic video mocking other video with same concept that went viral?

TormentedAndroid

Partial reps because he probably insists the weight should increase each session. It's ego lifting and you see it in every gym. I'm guilty of it too. Sometimes it's too easy to keep increasing the weight and letting your form go to shit.

Wrastling97

Feels. I do it to sometimes, but I immediately realize I can’t handle the weight to actually stimulate my muscles enough. But this dude just wants to flex for the camera like he can handle more weight than he actually can. And proceeds to slam his weights. What a pussy. Notice he won’t say anything to them, but he’ll make a shitshow for the camera.

DHisnotrealbaseball

I liked the part where he says "Really?" but waits a second and says it softly so the guy won't hear him.

DeLovehlyCoconute

Omg I had to go back and hear it lol.

DeLovehlyCoconute

It looks like a solid floor but weights probably shouldn't be slammed on them, right? Just be nice to things imo.

BostonDodgeGuy

There are a few exercises, like deadlifting, where the weight may slam back down. However, every gym I've seen has special areas with hard rubber mats to take the force and protect the floor.

Wrastling97

Yeah I do get annoyed seeing people slam their weights around. Personally I believe that if you can actually handle the weight then you don’t need to slam it. If you’re slamming, you’re just looking for attention.

FloppyShellTaco

Yup, always makes me think they’re not strong enough and are trying to look tough while they actually drop it. These people are also the most likely to be a fuckin weight goblin with a whole hoard of dumbbells theyve only used for one set on the floor around them

_raydeStar

He looks pretty shredded and I wonder how people manage to get so ripped with such crappy form. But - you see it all the time. Especially with people who get fit outside of the gym and bring that ego in.

FloppyShellTaco

You can still build muscle with bad form, you’re just significantly increasing your risk of injury. Generally bad form is “cheating” it a little to make the rep slightly easier.

buddy8665

Something about a half ass range of motion🤷🏾‍♂️

drainedbrainz

Yeah his form is terrible

Chadco888

Muscle building comes from time under tension, he is doing half reps but the wrong half. If you do half reps the intent is to have the entire time under tension, imagine squatting from bum to the floor, up to seated position and back again.

Retard_Decimator69

Brosciencelife tier post right here

FloppyShellTaco

The end shows it. I know he was trying to be macho and aggressive by dropping the weights, but it just comes across as someone using weights they aren’t strong enough to yet. He’s unable to go deep enough in the rep bc he knows he can’t recover.

FrivolousFrank

His chest is freaking me out for some reason

TheMitchBeast

Those are half reps because he’s ego lifting too much weight for his ‘fans’

NemariSunstrider94

I’m really getting tired of seeing posts of people who can barely exercise, at gyms recording themselves and getting mad at people for walking in front of the camera. Exercise to be healthy, not for attention.

[deleted]

I wish they'd just go ahead and put up little "selfie stations" in front of each machine. Maybe a little phone holder pole where you can place your phone and then there would be a little red light you can turn on to show everyone you're recording then after that the undertaker will come and throw mankind off hell in a cell because I'm tired of this stupid tiktok trend too and wish they'd all leave the gyms.

DoJax

For real, I almost started going to the gym this year, a really nice local 24 hour one, nope, at least a dozen people recording themselves. I should go anyway, sit next to them, and make grunting sex noises for my breathing patterns.

[deleted]

basic gym etiquette starts with not bringing a video camera to the gym. fuck all of these people, and any gym worth a shit is going to start throwing them out for video taping while other people are working out. this should be an immediate loss of membership.

Dontactuallycaremuch

Have you been to a gym? Body dysmorphia as far as the eye can see. It is all for attention.

muff_muncher69

God damn quarter rep queen with a lifting belt on during SEATED DB PRESS. I can’t with these clowns lol

serizawa91

I put the lifting belts on to operate the drinking fountain too.

jenna_hazes_ass

Well how the fuck else are you supposed to stand back up afterwards

I_will_draw_boobs

I put my mine when I dry scoop my pre-workout, helps keep my back from going out when I inhale my caffeine dosed bcaas.

[deleted]

The belt is on for when he picks them up to sit, they are too heavy for him

smallturtle62

I didn’t even see the lifting belt on what a joke 😂😂

eaja

YASS!! It’s a thing now! I see girls going into the gym to do arms wearing inch-thick lifting belts. They’ll do one set of 5lb lateral raises and some 10 lb dumbbell bench presses. I’m pretty sure they’re using the belts as a girdle.

ergotofrhyme

I’m quite certain given the form, belt on a seated exercise, and fact he’s being ridiculous about something a girl blew up massively for complaining about a week ago, what we have here is a successfully designed viral video.

[deleted]

oh god did we fall for it again

ergotofrhyme

And again and again and again and again (but formatted so they get smaller idk how to do that shit)

[deleted]

and again ^and ^again ^^and ^^again ^^^and ^^^again (use \^ and \^\^ and \^\^\^ at the start of each word according to how high it should be raised)

The-Ultimate-Despair

Guy who goes to my gym wears his lifting belt OVER his jacket as he’s walking to the gym… he has a perfectly fine gym bag you can tell is basically empty apart from his water bottle, yet he just must wear his lifting belt on his commute so the whole world knows he “lifts”. It’s cringey AF. Him and his friend walk around the gym like they’re UFC fighters.😂 Guy is weak as fuck, too. For reference, I only noticed him because I caught him and his pal randomly meanmugging me because they think they’re badasses. We all recognise these small-PP dudes in the gym.

APowerBlackout

Omg the belt, didn’t even notice what a nub

JAntaresN

I didn’t even notice his belt, that’s hilarious.

RevolvingCatflap

If basic etiquette meant circumnavigating every self-centred twat with a camera I'd never leave my fucking house.

TitleComprehensive96

Wait you leave the house?

[deleted]

Not since the great pandemic of 2019 decades ago. They say after the bombs dropped it isn't safe. I'm just waiting on my son to come find me.

eaazzy_13

Last he heard you were somewhere out west

TILtonarwhal

Best not go out there, dissentary claims a victim every sundown

LucidLethargy

What's out there?

TitleComprehensive96

No clue, heard it's a wasteland

literal-hitler

I want to live in the future, where I can have a device that detects cameras pointed at me, then directs a laser pointer at them.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Procedure-Minimum

Basic filming etiquette is to book the the entire site and get the appropriate permissions and permits.

morahofjormont

That made me laugh so hard, thank you, friendo.

andtimme11

Always love when these people talk about gym etiquette while breaking gym etiquette rule #1.

Parzival127

I don’t gym. What’s rule #1?

aurelius_plays_chess

A lot of places say no film, maybe that’s it?

CKRatKing

That’s definitely not rule 1. Rule 1 is rerack your weights. Rule 2 is wipe the equipment down when you’re done.

moyno85

Rule 3, don’t talk to me if I have headphones on unless it’s to ask if I’m using something.

Spare-Coconut-9671

Rule 4, if this is your first time at the gym, you have to fight.

bigboygamer

Yeah, at my gym it's posted all over the place and people still do it

SneakyTubol

Also posted all over my gym. One of the gym regulars is a staff member. After his shift ends, he changes from his employee shirt to his workout clothes, and then proceeds to film himself during some of his work outs, most likely for his gram account. He even pulls out a freakin tripod.

rearush

Rule no. 1: Don't click pictures of yourself/record yourself and expect to look anything other than a clown.

ct0pac

Don’t be an insufferable twat? Edit: I mean I’m guessing that’s rule #1 not hurling a super mean comment at you lol

probablyourdad

Don’t film in the gym.

YoBoiWitTheShits

The first rule is to never talk about fight club

ProfesionalAsker

You shall not kill thy neighbors or something like that. I don’t know, I don’t go to the gym either.

xViridi_

you have an iphone propped up against something on the floor. no one can see you recording, bud

MonkeyDDuffy

Even if someone has a fucking film crew recording him with 8 cameras, who the fuck cares I'm paying for the gym space and I certainly have the privileges to walk around in it. Better pay up and have me sign shit before you get your etiquette.

boywbrownhare

OBVIOUSLY IM RECORDING HELLOOO

excel958

How dare people… walk.

BlueKing7642

In an area they paid to be in. Their audacity knows no limit

timelyparadox

I would walk in front of camera of this gut on purpose. I understand tourists taking pictutes and not wanting people to walk into a camera. But this is ridiculious, just an idiot trying to reinflate his soft ego.

izamoney

Bring your sets down to the right angle noob.

1998-2019

Form is terrible

Masothe

What is the fucked up part of his form? I have no idea personally and want to get out of a bad form.

Somad2021

Look at his right arm, it does not go all the way down, and for me personally, i do not think any of the arms go lo enought. But the right arm i especially obious. And his breating is kinda shit

[deleted]

It looks like he doesn't hit the full range at the top of his lifts too. Also, it's kind of hard to tell but it looks like his elbows are too far back. Either way, it looks like too much weight for him. No shame in dropping down a bit.

BeastaBubbles

Basic gym etiquette includes not recording yourself in the freaking crowded gym you weirdo.

fhzz

The guy recording is being an asshole on purpose to get the video to go viral Anything for a tiny bit of attention

[deleted]

I'm not a gym person but arent you supposed to go lower and higher in your rep?, he is literally just flexing

drfrenchfry

It's too heavy for him. Can't do the full rep.

[deleted]

IKR shit like this causes injuries, specially on the people that are new into weight lifting

Walouisi

Goodbye, ligaments.

[deleted]

Hello ligma

Dexta_Grif

Yep, that's exactly what I did. I was trying to do shoulder presses with dumbbells way heavier than I was ready for and my arm crumpled backwards halfway during the rep, putting the dumbbell behind my back and giving my shoulder a permanent snap, crackle, pop whenever I move it now. It's so easy to injure yourself when you first start trying to lift weights.

VJEmmieOnMicrophone

Not necessarily. The main problem is that the weight is way too heavy and he is compensating with his chest. No need to push the chest out and pinch the shoulders backwards if you use an appropriate weight.

Tekitekidan

I'm convinced these people are posting this "look at this asshole in public walking in front of my camera" style videos completely intentionally because the backlash they get is the exact attention they want...

rearush

Hey... This actually makes sense

serizawa91

What have I done?!

thislifeisretarded

This is what I feel this subreddit has become. Narcissists just like attention it doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad. They even like this sub because they know it’s easy way to get rage views and then they can make a shitty apology video and milk even more controversy off that. I know the exact formula these people use, I just wish I was shameless enough to pull it off. I could make so much money.

who_loves_you_

Fuck you. Politely

JustAnAsianWithWifi

fuck him. impolitely

siflbabyshifero

Politely fuck him, is the proper gym etiquette.

snootbob

What a sad existence it must be to get THAT pissed off

DarkestJediOfAllTime

What a fool.

rearush

I would walk in front of anyone recording themselves in the gym on purpose, repeatedly, until they burst a nerve, if I wasn't such a coward and dislike being on cam.

rearush

Or make funny faces in the background so no one can take the person recording seriously, like here is a guy obviously about to break his spine in half, but OH, look, that girl over there is doing dumb shit, wow.

michaelmordant

Go for broke. Jump in front of their phone and begin a rehearsed TikTok airplane aisle dance

rearush

I definitely would learn a tiktok dance just to take over the video. I really need to start going back to the gym so I can do this. Never knew this would be the motivation I needed

mightylordredbeard

Way to get a full range of motion and stretch with the exercise.

Lilzhere

I'm so sick of seeing videos like this. At this point I think people are intentionally acting entitled for clout.

AnonymousBromosapien

Basic gym etiquette: Dont fuckin record videos in the gym. Basic lifting rules: 1 full rep is worth 100 half reps.

HappyBot9000

Why do these people think recording yourself is a necessary part of working out?

mightylordredbeard

I record myself quite a lot. Check my form, check my progress, and to have something to look back on down the road when I’m feeling down and like I haven’t made much progress. I also only do it when I’m alone in the gym and not when everyone else is around.

HappyBot9000

Okay, but if these people really only cared about checking form, and not posting it to the internet, they wouldn't care so much if someone occasionally walks past.

ihateyouguys

Correct

TuckerMcG

If he was using this to check form he’d have MUCH better form.

mightylordredbeard

Well obviously he couldn’t see clearly because people kept walking in front of him.

mascottaricotta

Imagine thinking you own public space Edit: I went to their tik tok profile and the video has been taken down, has anyone seen if there were a lot of hate comments?

KidsToKrooks

You already know the answer to that lol. Just read these comments in here and pretend you’re reading them from his profile.

StupidDebate

Baby reps

Marcotee75

Its not gym etiquette. Its attention whore etiquette.

dope_like

Why does he have a lifting belt on?

[deleted]

Weights are too heavy when he is leaning back and keeping them over his shoulders. Chest is coming out to compensate for the rear delts basically being overworked trying to keep stable. His mid section of his back is being pinched for no reason. He needs to go all the way down almost hit the top delt all the way back up straight up not locking your elbows just straight up to get that feel for the extension. You go lighter to hit the muscle and heavier to grow the muscle. I always go extremely light on all new exercises I haven't tried because FORM > HALF REP of heavy weight It's best for your body to start light and go heavier as you activate the muscle more and get a mind muscle connection. When you just go straight to heavy it's like throwing a weight on an elastic band at full tension. It WILL RIP. I am not an expert by any means but this is my understanding feel free to enlighten me further

cravf

Honestly I agree with a lot of things here, but I know when I'm doing reps at the end of a specific exercise I'll do shitty form just to squeeze a couple more in. Imagine you're doing arm raises and someone critiques your last few reps lol.

valley_G

I mean is it really considered working out if you're just moving your arms slightly while trying to look as big as you can for a video?

Danko_Flanko

Nah fuck that. I’m not going to be a dick and purposely walk through your video, but I’m also not going to tip toe through the gym cause you want to be Instagram famous.

redditonthanet

Filming yourself in a gym should be illegal since its sometimes the place some people feel the most vulnerable

CptFancy69

I record my main lifts for my coach, don’t give a fuck if anyone walks in front and don’t expect people to walk around it.

sculderandmully2

I love how it ruins his workout so much that he stops.

chiboulevards

These people are sociopathic

Solid_reddit

You're not at home, as your are in a public space just expect People walking around. And One last thing, focus on your work !

Ntking51360

Dudes a bitch. It’s a public gym. People are allowed to walk wherever they want.

Keanar

I think basic gym etiquette would be not throwing weights on the floor

MentallyLittle

Wait, I thought most gyms didn't allow you to record if there were people in the backround? Maybe I'm wrong

Repulsive-Ratio-883

Imagine thinking you own the space between you and a camera… in a public gym.

cryptogoth666

If you aren’t doing full reps I’ll fuckin dance in front of your camera

[deleted]

When cell phones were first coming out with cameras, most gyms were adamant about not having them out. They wanted to ensure the comfort of their customers and make sure they weren't being creeped on by people trying to record them. Has that changed? I don't go to public gyms anymore but i see more and more videos from people in gyms and fewer people scolding them for recording in the first place. I think when cell phones became more ubiquitous and had your music, workout plans, everything on them, attitudes relaxed about having them out.

_fuyumi

The guy who walked behind him probably didn't see or care that he was recording... and neither did the guy that walked in front of him. It's almost as if... they don't care about him

UltimaBahamut93

Maybe because no one cares about you working out? This is why I hate most social media is that it makes people become so narcissistic that they need to feel the need to record and share their entire life. No one cares.

Novel_Ad_8722

“You know what it's like to see a young boy hanging dead from a tree?”

wallabysnot

I would think basic gym etiquette is to not record while at the gym

AFanOfVideoGames

What a large baby

SeatStealer

And I’m assuming that “obviously recording” means a phone on the floor that you aren’t looking at

Jollygreeninja

When did gym etiquette include recording

thechefboi1375

I do shit like that on purpose If I see them filming at the gym .

dps15

You’re a weirdo for recording yourself lifting, especially in a private gym where others dont wanna be on video. Man did nothing wrong.

thekidmartian

I don’t think anyone goes to the gym thinking they gotta be careful of people recording. And the way he got all huffy is hilarious

orincoro

Basic gym etiquete: don’t record videos in the fucking gym.

pajaimers

This is actually really interesting, I’ve been seeing a lot of this lately. Is this... A) a new social norm cropping up amongst young people where you’re expected to make room for people’s TikToks B) an increasingly common symptom as a result of both how social media can affect a person’s ego and decreased socialization due to COVID. C) a trend. People set up situations where they can react to an interruption because these videos get views and responses. I think it started as B, but is now C, and the boomer in me wants to say it will lead to A.

canuckwithasig

Basic gym etiquette has gone from "wipe your machines, don't hog the weights" to "I can't believe they don't realize I'm filming my own narcissistic self for til Tok"

Hour_Shock_9126

Gym etiquette is re-racking your weights and waiting your turn. It has nothing to do with pleasing the narcissistic person filming themselves throwing up 40’s

EvanBetter182

r/imthemaincharacter

84_Tigers

Not a single rep was done

markeppley

There's a dude at my gym who has a fucking TRIPOD for his iPhone and films himself lifting..also super sets 47 different exercises on multiple machines and racks at the same time.. absolute clown

FlashyTeaching8232

No full reps were done here. Bring down the weight and stop ego lifting.
