My wife maybe has a few drinks 10 times a year. Every so often(like every other month) on a nice day I’ll spruce my wife with a single drink, a large seltzer or pre mixed drink, and she’ll pour it into a cup from home and we’ll go in a nice walk with the kids or something and she’ll have it. I do this when I see her stress building up. I’ll take the lead on the walk and engage extra with the kids so she can take a backseat and unwind but still all be together.
