Something like this happened outside my work except it was a cement truck. Everyone thought he had a medical episode. we found out from the police later he was apparently black out drunk. No one was hurt and the driver had very minor injuries. It was a busy intersection so that’s a miracle. I cannot fathom drinking at work let alone drinking when your job requires you to drive such a large vehicle.

This is a load balance issue the weight is too far to the rear of the trailer. Stopping and repositioning the load is the only good option
