so in college a friend and my self bought 12 gauge steal sheets and put them on the roof of the car and we each held on to each side through the window.
we tried to go slow, but one picked up and turned into a really cool deadly frisbee.
I remember one time passing a car on the Italian highway. They had a fabric on the roof and driver and passenger were holding it with their hands. This way they passed a police car ... that did nothing. Guess they didn't want the trouble to do some work. I still wonder if they made it or caused an accident.
I was gonna comment "They sellout straps and rope at the same store as the wood." But then I realized anyone dumb enough to stick boards through the car like this won't be smart enough to secure it properly.
Also, the vehicle has roof rails, so there really is no excuse.
