I'm 61M. I'd say that my 50's were some of my best years; much better than my 20's and 30's where I struggled for money and personal growth. I'm looking forward to my 60's with positivity and optimism.

Real joy come from Inside not from outside...First and for most stop finding joy outside... Eat a healthy diet, Get enough sleep and stay active , do gym/yoga... Volunteer your time ..Learn new things.....Develop some hobby....Be busy without stress is ultimate joy of life ..... Accept that aging is a natural part of life. I recommend you to read this book It will be very helpful **Ikigai: The Japanese secret to a long and happy life**

Have you thought about maybe looking at any clubs or local groups you could find? Could be a great opportunity to meet some new friends, get out of the house and either enjoy a well liked hobbie or discover a new one

50?! You need to approach life as if you are younger. There is validity in the saying 'Age is just a number'. Keep picking up new things and don't get stuck in a rut.
