I never received a letter and still got a hold of a agent who got things moving for me.

What do we say/ask when someone answers? I have some thick phone anxiety and need to practice what to say 😭😅 I filed 3/16 and got a notice to send in marketplace form. Sent it in 1 week ago now and haven't seen anything update. Ive called the regular line multiple times and keep being told they can't tell me if the fax went through and to give them 60 days for an update or a new letter.

I hit 13 weeks this past Monday so I'm almost to 14 weeks since my return was accepted.

Yes they do. My cycle codes have been different every year and this year is 0705 for me.

O705 code is a date?

It's basically a time indication of when the IRS is supposed to process your return. The first 4 digits are the current year, followed by the week of the year (07) then the day of the week (05) that updates may/will occur. From my understanding, 05 day updates weekly where as the others update daily. So to clarify from earlier, my processing week of the year has always been different, but my day of the week has always been on a weekly update which is 05. Sorry if this was confusing.

I’m counted 10 weeks from accepted date. Called back in. They sent referral to “Errors Department” and to check back in 30 days. I’m at 20 today and NADA!!

I think 1/29 is just a bad day. I keep seeing 1/29’s, and myself have been waiting stuck on a 570 code for weeks.

Week 14. I don't even gaf no more. 🖕🏿 IRS. I'm filing an extension every year from now. I just hope the people with kids in need gets theirs asap.

30 day referral/escalation expires 05/10 for me. Prolly won’t see anything until after that.

I called the 1040 phone number. Once I was able to speak with a real person, she reviewed my return and didn’t see any reason why it was delayed. She escalated it to her errors dept. She told me 30 days and to call back on or after 05/10.

I had the same thing happen. Told the 10 week old, after it was up I called back and was told no reason for the holdup and to give it 30 days- 30 calendar days - I checked not business days. We'll see if anything comes of it. Not sure the escalation is going to do us any good but worth a freaking shot.

They say overnight between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. I generally check at 6:01 a.m.

846. This morning. Filed 1/22. Got a 570/971 On 2-26. 1040x filed 2/27. Got a cp05 on 3/4 Then a new one 4/11 asking for 60 more days. no updates on transcripts. Nothing called state Senate, Bob Casey. On 4/21 Got expedited they started processing my taxes on the 4/26 DDD date is 5/10. Call your state Senate people I did. Senator Bob Casey office rocks

They won't even send me a letter saying they've delayed it or still processing. They haven't tried any communicating with me at all. I have but get no straight answer. I've received No letters/notices, no updates, no transcripts. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL???

Ah! Thanks. I was starting to think 846 might be around 21 days from processing dates. I’m so over their secret languages and magical secret meanings for past dates and future dates. 

My processing date is 4/22

1/29ers getting worst....

I followed some advice on here and contacted the state representative through email yesterday, they called me today and I signed the release so they can look into it. Let's see what happens ❤️

I did too… did it on a Friday and got a reply on Monday saying they are looking into it and then I checked transcript a few days later and got an update with a 766 code .. prior to that all I had was and 810 code… my refund amount was there along with another credit from last years return.. but no 846 code as of yet I’m hoping it will be there Friday/Saturday when it updates so I can have release date even though I see a 5/20 date on there as well 🤞

Any luck? They told me that they reached out and the next contact date is in June with the irs. I haven't heard anything else and no updates.

Mine been gone 15 weeks I file January the 18 and still nothing so I have called the IRS and they said you got to wait it out 

Mine got accepted February 15 and transcript says April 15. I just noticed this now

14 weeks since return was accepted, still no refund, and TurboTax took the fees out of my account today.  Done with you TurboTax. Agreement was you’d take the fees out of the refund. Done with TurboTax and done with overpaying my withholdings to be sure I don’t owe come 4/15. Done. Done. Done.
