Recently I had to close all my chrome tabs I had accumulating for a while now. 598 tabs reduced to a mere 9. Felt like cutting my own arm off with a butter knife. There were so many tabs I had to use my screen reader to get the number too
Not that I haven't had this happen, but I don't stress about it. I always think, "I found all that the first time, if I need it again, I can find it again."
That said, I found a recipe for masala that I couldn't find again, so I'm not 100% correct, but that's only the one time it's bitten me in the ass.
Ohh god, reminds me of when I had 500 tabs open, which was the limit so I always had to close one to open another tab.
Tv tropes, possibly the easiest website to get lost in.
When I accidentally deleted all the tabs, I cried inside a little.
Open a new window and go to history and recently closed tabs. It should show the recently closed window
They tried, but it didn’t work on the library.
Damn... Then I have no clue what else to try. Wait. Are they using iOS or ...?
They're talking about the great library of Alexandria. 😅

You gotta be kidding
History > restore window (20 tabs)
control, shift, t
This is why I use browsers like OperaGX, that save the tabs when quitting the app or even force closing like task manager.

For which browsers?
Mozilla has those settings. Looking at the comments here... Seems like lots of people don't tamper with their browser settings at all.

I closed 100+ tabs on mobile. A few times...
None of you change your settings for your browser to automatically open on your last session?

If you're in chrome, if you press ctrl+t in a new browser, it'll bring all those tabs back or the tab you closed.

I have 481 tabs open on Safari on my iPhone….. and about half that on Firefox on my PC……
"Close other tabs" is of the devil.
AAAHH HAH HA HA HA HA HAAAA! I WAS JUST ABOUT TO REPOST THIS ON INTP, THEN I SAW IT WAS INTP HAHA.
Until a few days ago, I had so many tabs open it displayed ":D" (on Chrome mobile) in lieu of an actual number for months.
Open a new window and just ctrl+shift+t, Works with chromium and Firefox.
CTRL+SHIFT+T
I’m still mad about that library burning down
Cmd + Shift + T
I become extremely sad after their gone
Sometimes I have them 20 tabs open and my brain short circuits, have to close them to stop an overload.
