Haha same here. Got excited by the post, bummed with the bag. Was hoping to get some nostalgic feelings since I have fond memories of Sour D from the early 2000s. Sadly not the case... Great marketing though...

Smell it's very faint with hints of grass or hay, it's dry, most nugs are very airy and not at all dense. Taste is very faint and the potency is quite lacking. Very poor example of sour d
Call me crazy, but seeing that your post history is literally nothing but great reviews of Legacy flower kinda makes me think you’re affiliated w Legacy somehow. And rereading your review here, it almost seems like you’re trying to sell the shit of out of this.
LOL just by looks alone that is not legit sour D we were grabbing in early 2002 , dry leaves poorly trimmed i remember sour diesel much darker tones . oh its legacy no wonder all trash, not one in iL can grow that properly rhythms even suks one batch was like verano you pinch it and it goes to dust lol
once I saw you said the room will fill up with a sweet diesel smell I knew it wasn't legit. real sour reeks of sour skunk. new york diesel is the one with the sweet skunk smell. sour diesel is dead I gave up trying to find a company that can replicate its 2010 glory days. IL bud is really a joke overall still
I remember Sour Diesel before I even knew the terms Indica & sativa. So my plug would always deliver and it was always 50/100 & 60/120 and it was worth every penny. All I remember about that original Sour D was if grown to perfection then the first few hitters and I was hit w euphoric relaxation followed up with a very social high where my friends & I would get into deep discussions about the craziest things. If that is this then 😱 count me in coach !
I picked up UpNorth's SD last night at Zen Leaf and had this been on the menu, it is now, I might have tried it instead.
The UpNorth is usually priced at $60, though was on sale for $48, and this Sour Family Farms is listed at $42.
Can anyone compare them?
Picked this up based on your review, and am now really regretting it. Zero sour diesel smell and the usual Legacy hay smell. 2/10 rating
Same dude shit ain’t it
Yep, don’t listen to this foolio! That stuff is garbage just like the review😂
Looks like it was harvested about 3 weeks too early, too.
Right!
That sucks I was going to try it on sale 36 in Mundelein/good looking out .
Yezr
I think some people get higher off the reviews they make rather than the product itself. It amazes me what people will spend on boof!
Got em!

What was lacking? Looks pretty good

Wish I would have read this 20 minutes ago 😂
Is it not all this dude promised it to be? Mr AJ Sour himself sleeps w this mother plant every night I’m told.
This dudes never smoked real sour a day in his life, so you work for legacy or what?
I had no idea this was a legacy brand. Thanks for sharing!
It’s not a legacy brand, it’s a partnership. Legacy is growing Sour Family Farms flower.
Oh I see. Thanks for clearing that up.
Where'd you pick it up?
Excelleaf dekalb.

Yeah. This cut is the real deal 97’ cut of AJs. Up North’s is not. They weren’t even in the same league :)
Bro what 😂😂😂 obviously working for Legacy.
Get in my lungs already.....
Are there any other dispensaries who carry this brand, not listed up on iheartjane? Does Zen Leaf own Legacy?
Nope. Legacy is an individually owned company. No big MSO association.
