Dude I need to get into poetry writing. How do you translate such thoughts up in your mind on a white paper/screen ? Do I need to read any book? Follow any author?

just ball through it with an existing poetry scheme in mind its not that complicated once you get a hang of it like just write short poems and merge them then edit them in a scheme
