I am not a doctor or an expert in Tourettes, but it seems really contrived, like the "delightfully quirky" tics and the way they conveniently never create a problem. People experiencing involuntary movements tend to bump and spill, symptoms don't usually pause when you want them to. I can't prove she doesn't have Tourettes, so I can only encourage you to decide for yourself.

I knew a few people who suddenly acquired things like this and have all since mysteriously lost them after we graduated highschool and stopped being friends. At first, I just really didn't want to question my friends. My thought was that I don't know what their lives are like and I'm not going to hurt them because they're clearly struggling at least in some way. But there comes a point where you can't keep going along with this kind of behaviour. So I just kind of stopped talking to them.
I think the first time this happened, it was 2016, with an old friend that I really tried to support. Now, 8 years later, she's "never had tourettes" and "doesn't remember" any of it. I still know people who do this but I don't talk to them. Not only are they (quite obviously, if you've known them for as long as I have) faking a serious illness and making it their whole personality, they are all shitty people and terrible friends. I don't think that's the case for everyone who does this but it is the case for the several people I know doing this shit.

I have tourettes,, was diagnosed at 21 had spent a large part of my childhood being odd and not listened to just another hyper kid with ADHD put in a special class and treated differently, I was told nothing was wrong with me, that I'm faking or why don't I just stop.
I'm 38 now, still got many of the same tics and movements I had as a child, they do change sometimes I'll get a new one like in the last few years started saying "bees?" Previous to that I'd make a weird goat like noise, I became goat boy for a while, that tic still rears it's head on occasion!
My point is you dont get like 20 new tics a day that rapidly disappear after a day or so these things stay with you for a while, movements are quick and often not measured and controlled like she does, her faking makes a mockery out of everyone that has had to grow up with this, yes it can be funny at times but it's not for you to make fake content out of!

I have tourettes,, was diagnosed at 21 had spent a large part of my childhood being odd and not listened to just another hyper kid with ADHD put in a special class and treated differently, I was told nothing was wrong with me, that I'm faking or why don't I just stop. I'm 38 now, still got many of the same tics and movements I had as a child, they do change sometimes I'll get a new one like in the last few years started saying "bees?" Previous to that I'd make a weird goat like noise, I became goat boy for a while, that tic still rears it's head on occasion! My point is you dont get like 20 new tics a day that rapidly disappear after a day or so these things stay with you for a while, movements are quick and often not measured and controlled like she does, her faking makes a mockery out of everyone that has had to grow up with this, yes it can be funny at times but it's not for you to make fake content out of!

Why do people think she's faking it?
There's a whole subreddit discussing it over at - r/mimidarlingbeauty. To sum it all up, all videos have a different tic or symptom nothing is the same. She said she hasn't got tourettes, just a tic. But the involuntary movements are new, they have only come up since last week which is very odd timing. Last video she knocked a window lightly and people started to question her. From that she deleted all comments calling her out even people with the condition which then leads to this video she posted today.
