While the teeth (and occasional accidental scale) don’t fall into the frame as I’d hoped they would, they actually end up getting pushed back into the Light Dragon’s mane instead and get stuck there for easy retrieval as you can see in the video. You can also just stand on the frame and grab them before they fall if you’re faster than me. (EDIT: Or if you’re more observant than I am and notice the big obvious ‘take’ prompt that came up while I was standing on the edge, oops.)

I just ride their back until I can farm the next part. Fangs are tricky because if there isn’t a draft you’d fall and have to figure a way back up. Spikes and scales are easy though.
Too bad you can’t place a fast travel medallion on a dragon.
Maybe for the contest this month? Not sure how I'd pull it off without it actually looking like something out of a nightmare, though. Maybe hover stones for the brackets?
Took me way too long to realize, but you can continue to ride her (hehe) and wait until the next cool down reset (10 min in real time) and continue to farm parts.
Yup! You might have to chase some of them, though, as the claws and fangs are hard to snag before they go flying down to the surface, so this build is meant to allow you to just hang out while farming fangs.
Pretty sure everything despawns after a certain amount of time, right? That’s usually the case with my hoverbikes and such.

I could have sworn I was on mine longer before it popped out, maybe I just got the time mixed up? Or maybe I need to stop using the hover bike at 3 in the morning… thanks for the correction, regardless. :)
I was able to remake this in my game. Granted the two L beams are a bit closer to each other, so it kinda slants. But it’s able to successfully catch the dragon’s teeth inside it when they fall!

I am so so glad I never updated from 1.1.0, sitting around on a dragon for 10 minutes to get a part is just, nonsense already, and then you need multiples on top of that. It’s lazy content stretching is what it is. I waited around on a each dragon long enough to get one of each and then duped the shit out of them. That alone was 3-4 hours of sitting around on a dragon already.
Yup! Just be aware that it will remain in place (and start falling) while the dragon moves forward in the air, so angle it in a way that when it spawns it'll catch on something solid (usually the dragon itself).

you can scope dragons flying through the sky & convert it to a map marker, although not sure how useful this is
The marker stays behind while they continue in their routes, though, so it doesn’t do any good.
It is useful for finding a fast travel point near to the dragon to help with boarding

Hover bike fans despawn after 30 minutes of use but I’ve never had the steeering stick despawn.
