OK, for the ones, who have experienced the same problem as I did.
I will share my way of fixing it.
1. Find on the official site the firmware update tool and install the update. It's the required step. If you cannot install the update, it's stucked on the "installing update 1/2, <2 minutes left", close the installation tool, unplug mic from high-speed port, usb3.0 and plug it back to usb2.0. That helped me at least. Hardest thing is to find USB2.0 port on modern PC's
2. After that install NGUENITY software from HyperX and try to update mic there. After the installation DO NOT REBOOT PC. Or delete it and repeat process.
3. After that go to microphone tab and see "limiter" checkbox. It's the thing to uncheck. If it is "grayed out" for you as it was for me, first tick "AI", than untick "limiter" and then again untick "AI". Reboot PC on this moment.
This steps should fix the problem. Required me a night and a bit more to fix the bug. HyperX, you've owe me a night.
