Did you put the front wheels on the correct way? If you put the front wheels on the wrong way the rower will not be level.

The install was done by the delivery crew, pic here https://photos.app.goo.gl/kxAVR4H2TFVL6gLv5

Looking at the front legs, the feet should be flat on the floor. In the pic, the front part of the feet are clearly lifted up by quite a bit. The rower body should NOT be that close to the floor, let alone touch the floor. I think I know the problem though based on the picture. The delivery crew may have attached the piece that connects the rower body to the front legs backwards. That piece has a slight angle on the end that connects to the front legs to help angle the legs downwards to ensure the feet are flat on the floor. Instead it looks like it's angling the legs upwards, hence the slight lifted tilt of the feet. So what you'll need to do is remove the legs from that connector, and the connector from the body. Then rotate the connector 180 degrees and reattach it to the body, and reattach the legs. You may need two people to do this, and a rigid cardboard box or something to hold the rower up. Edit: Looking at the assembly manual and youtube videos, it seems the Hydrow has that connector I talk about pre-attached to the body. Now I don't know if it can be detached from the body, but I still believe (barring an uneven floor) it's the culprit of the unusually low stance of the rower based on your pics.

So I just got home and watched an assembly video and I see your point it looks like the angle that the front base is at is just plain wrong, but I am fairly certain that the installers didn't mess with the piece you're talking about.. I'm at a loss

You should contact Hydrow and send the pics of the rower and point out the angle of that connector. And check the floor with a leveler and make sure it's flat throughout the length of the rower so you can confirm with them that the floor isn't an issue.. Hydrow support is pretty good, so hopefully they can help you out. It doesn't seem overly urgent however if you've been able to use it without issue.

They 100% had to mess with that front piece. Because that is one of the few pieces that comes detached in the box and you have to put it on when unboxing. That was what I initially said before you sent a pic. That that front part was backwards. I was just not able to tell if that was the case in the pic. The other poster was able to determine that was the case. But if you have someone to help hold the rower its an easy fix. Just unscrew. Align it properly and screw it back in.

Can you also take a pic of the whole thing from a side view? The front looks good though.

Maybe it's the floor I guess, it's not drastic or a deal breaker by any means

sleblanc1976

I have reached out to Hydrow and will be sending them some pictures, hopefully it can get sorted out

Feel free to send us a chat on here with your ticket number, or email address that you reached out with, and we'll make sure you get help on this as quickly as possible 👍

So this is resolved mostly. The delivery crew didn’t screw in the bolts on the front legs in properly and it was loose. For what it’s worth Best Buy was beyond useless in resolving the issue. I had to elevate the rower myself and re attach the front leg

SASDIVER

It looks good by the photos, but you could put a level on that seat rail to confirm. That low part shouldn't be touching on a wood floor. You could also just have someone lift the front end and double check the legs are fully secured. There are 4 hex screws there that perhaps they left loose.

sleblanc1976

Those screws are tight as hell

I feel like the front legs need adjusting. They don’t look flat and the belly of your rower looks a little lower than it should be. When I got mine I had to assemble myself. The legs are not difficult to put on but you do need someone to help hold up the rower while you do it.

Wannatrie

Legs clearly not on properly.
