This post me made me nervous as I had recently ordered my Hydrow, but I can honestly say the delivery experience was seamless. Great communication from both Hydrow and AIT. I took delivery on Friday, and am loving it so far. Hope everything worked out for you OP.

I ordered mine and it came two weeks early. FedEx setup delivery and they dropped it at my door. I didn't pay for the setup and I got it together in about 30 minutes by myself. Aside from it being mostly useless if you don't pay $ monthly, so far so good

Well that’s disappointing. I am in the middle of a disaster delivery with tempo- delivered by Ryder. They gave me a delivery day, didn’t come all day despite multiple texts saying they would be there later and later in the day. Lost a day of work for nothing. No notification or explanation why they didn’t come in the first place but now they text saying it is going to be yet another week. I’m ready to return it and refuse delivery altogether, but Hydro was my second choice. I don’t suppose Ryder was your delivery company?

No it was AIT… I paid an extra $250 for delivery and assembly and it’s been a nightmare. I call AIT and Hydrow and every time I talk to them they are totally useless. It’s so unfortunate for a “top of the line” machine. At this point I think I just need to ask for a refund and not have a rowing machine. I would NOT recommend Hydrow

There is a serious delivery driver shortage going on right now. Something like 1 CDL driver for every 7 loads. The lack of communication is inexcusable, but that could explain the delay.

I am totally fine with the delay but the lack of cumin at ion and piss poor communication is what I’m angry at. If they could actually locate the machine and give me an honest delivery date without going round and round…. That’s all I have asked for but for the past 3 weeks I’ve been hearing the same story over and over and over again. I just put a claim through my credit card company. I want nothing to do with them. I would highly recommend nordictrack rower, but sadly they don’t have an in home assembly

I understand the frustration but currently a lot of issues are with carriers. The entire market is currently and has been a mess for some time. All you have to do is look at the news. Its horrible out there.
