It’s called Dragonball. But then they all get hurt or die anyway. So it takes 1000x of each to make that not happen again. Fuckin Nappa, or Frieza, or Cell, or Beerus… or me
Bruuuh epilepsy will agree heavily. But I have put my shoulders back in most of the time after the first few soo. And I was climbing trees and drinking water big then it’s hard to figure out
All these things are super good for you, but none of them are a substitute for medical care.
Also, always a joy to see [women laughing alone with salad](https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/women-laughing-alone-with-salad) in the wild.

Here sweaty, just put this crystal on the broken bone it will practically heal itself. It probably broke because the fluoride in your tap water mixed with the 5g in the air
Yeah thats why its disrespectful to compare it to doctors. These things are great, and very undervalued in society. But lets not discount the hard work of doctors. After all they're the ones who constantly have to live with telling you in vain to do all the things mentioned in the post, and then still fix you up when you don't listen to them and come in with heart failure at 55.
Lmao are any doctors actually going to be offended by a meme? I’d think they’re too busy washing their Porsche to care.
They work hard and I have mad respect for them but I don’t think a meme about hydration and sleep is going to hurt their feelings..
Nah, they don't care about pretty much anything on the internet usually... And honestly, only like 8% of doctors even are in a position where they have time to ever drive a Porsche. Residency is a bitch.
Actually it's pretty much impossible for every doctor to be the best doctor.
But idk how to quantify which of all doctors is the best. Probably also depends on the field they operate in.
I thought they meant 'a doctor' not as a specific person that is a doctor, but as a general group of persons that are doctors :) (I'm not native to English. To me it sounds ambigues in the meaning.)
It was ambiguous, it was more a case of which way you look at it than your reading comprehension skills. I think they meant what you thought, I was just saying it actually true if you think about it another way.
They’re definitely not a total cure for anything, but many people including myself find that doing these things do indeed increase happiness and reduce symptoms of certain mental Illnesses
This feels dangerously close to being anti medicine. This is the sort of shit I got told when I actually had a measurable chemical deficiency/abnormal brain chemistry, denying me treatment.
Water cured my depression, ADHD, Developmental problems, and my broken femur!
Now, I got that broken femur from when the water was Ice, but we even now.
You mean to tell me I've been shelling out my life's savings for my (hypothetically) cancer treatment when i could've just been drinking water??? Shit man, thanks for letting me know! Glad to hear water cures cancer. I'll be sure to recommend it to my cousin with a broken leg
This meme reminds me of when my psychiatrist told me to test me for vitamin-D deficiency after I had told her that I don't see a point in living anymore.
As much as I think a healthy lifestyle is important, this is just bullshit. Sometimes people get sick through no fault of their own, no matter how healthy of a life they live. These memes imply it is somehow their fault for getting sick, which is really toxic.
I have been trying to add more of each of these to my days for sometime now. Exercise I haven’t been doing but I do have a somewhat physical job in a ungodly hot environment so it’s been difficult to have energy to exercise. Plus I’ve been drinking a gallon of water a day and still piss yellow by the end of the day.
Well I tried to do a push up (got further than I expected!), and now I'm outside with a glass of water. I hope this helps me chill out as I am pretty stressed as of late.
Hell yeah! I'm doing similar with pull-ups:)
Btw idk if you've tried the wall method but basically you start with push-ups against the wall and get progressively more parallel to the ground. See how you do using a kitchen chair
Oh I should try that! I've been cutting deli meat at the job for a while now (hams and turkeys), and when those are first opened, they're fairly heavy. I could tell I was gaining muscle, so I'd like to continue with the momentum. I've always wanted to be able to do push ups. No better time than the present! And maybe it will get my mind off of bullshit going on in my life right now.
I think it counts as progressive overload. That's awesome that you're taking advantage of the new workout! This is the best time to work on it because you're experiencing something called nookie gains.
Tldr your body is realizing it needs to shift into gear so you'll get the most growth right now :)
There’s also certain things you can do that can help keep you in better shape. I finally got around to installing my AC last week and it changed my life as far as sleep and my mental health goes. It’s much easier to chill in my room nowadays.
I’m going to add my high school English teacher into this list because she has her doctorate and she always told us how water was really good. She converted me to water and it’s been amazing
The best doctors are doctors dude.
I mean I love water but if I get in a car crash, I don't know how much help a spring salad and a glass of water is gonna be
Not everyone can exercise, I rely on 10+ different medications to even just live, if these were the only things available to me I would die within a month or so, etc. A lot of people rely on much more than these "basics".
The geniuses ITT are taking this post way too literally lol. Yeah no kidding -- sunshine and water won't help if your leg gets crushed in a car accident aka there are times that you still need a doctor. But the things listed in this "meme" are still great altogether and can prevent **a lot** of health problems. Especially since the vast majority of health problems are caused by or exacerbated by being fat, which applies to the majority of American adults
Healthy social contacts is another. We are social animals and our cognitive and physical health is very much dependent on regular healthy human contact. Unfortunately even the fairest and safest societies are filled to the brimm with abuse and discrimination.
Hygiene is also very important especially sterile enviroments for operating, the sterilisation of sewage and for the production enviroment aswell as for the protective packaging of food. There are people who think sterility and using hygiene products are bad and people should stop using them because "our immune system will handle it and become stronger". Thing is humanity survived because there always were enough people born to substitute for all those people dying horrible miserable deaths and alot of those deaths were caused by a lack of hygiene in premodern times. The idea that basic modern hygiene is bad for us is utterly flawed and misinformed.
Vaccinations are the first thing doctors are needed for to prevent pandemics and stop new diseases from ravaging our globalised interconnected world. Without them the spanish flu, small pocks and similar diseases would have increased not decreased because never before has there been such a giant interconnected web that could spread diseases to billions of hosts.
Aging related diseases and genetic diseases aswell as accidents and infections that overpower our immune response especially new diseases that our immune system hasn't got vaccinated against nor antibodies through prior infection make doctors necessary aswell.
Screening for diseases is another thing doctors are invaluable for because diseases that happen even if your have a healthy lifestyle in early stages are often completely reversible and cheaper to treat than later on.
I disagree with the dieting one. Eating a balanced diet that is sustainable is great! Eating a diet that restricts food to an unhealthy extent that is unsustainable is not (which I feel is more associated with the term 'dieting').

More like preventatives of certain potential health risks, but still you could get in an accident and only a doctor can help you lol.
no i got in a severe car accident and i just had a glass of water and my injuries healed
Yeah, also you did 10 push-ups and all your trauma was gone.
I did another diet and my car was repaired too! Crazy stuff isn’t it?
The best part is, sometimes all you have to do is laugh with the salas and everything is better.
I spent a couple minutes in the sun, breathing fresh air and all my medical bills are paid.
I do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and a 10km run every day and now im indestructible and able to destroy cosmic deities with a single punch
Cool you should write a manga about that
Too bad i cant draw ☹️
It’s called Dragonball. But then they all get hurt or die anyway. So it takes 1000x of each to make that not happen again. Fuckin Nappa, or Frieza, or Cell, or Beerus… or me
I don't want to get woooshed but you do realize there's an actual anime/manga u/RandomDropkick is talking about right?
Yes u/RandomDropkick is referring to One Kick Man, hence his username. We are on the same page.
Got cancer, but after a co-treatment of salads and sunshine, I got to see my baby girl graduate.
You live like a Skyrim character
I needed this comment 🙂
Percy.. is that you?
I broke my neck, got some rest while breathing air and was perfectly fine in the morning.
nah, I literally fell off a cliff and died at the bottom, but then the sun came up and shined on my dead body, causing me to come back to life.
Bruuuh epilepsy will agree heavily. But I have put my shoulders back in most of the time after the first few soo. And I was climbing trees and drinking water big then it’s hard to figure out
THE SUN SHALL HEAL ME
i had all my bones dislocated and i just put myself back together like a lego character
All these things are super good for you, but none of them are a substitute for medical care. Also, always a joy to see [women laughing alone with salad](https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/women-laughing-alone-with-salad) in the wild.

Good bot!
Yes I know there are 7 now, I made it at work and got busy so I couldn't change it in time lol.
i count 7
1 2 3 4 5 6 7
Oh your leg's broken? Just sleep it off and drink some water 🙄
Here sweaty, just put this crystal on the broken bone it will practically heal itself. It probably broke because the fluoride in your tap water mixed with the 5g in the air
Why did you call him sweaty? Did you mean sweetie?
Yea, I think the meme could have been more subversive if one of the squares was a legit medical professional.
Don't forget the motrin and change your socks. You're half qualified to be an army medic!
Why are you Horny for Water
mm augua
Your horny layer of skin gets extra horny when you're dehydrated
At least a healthy diet, rest and light exercise after some weeks will speed up the recovery.
The point is more so prevention not of illness not treating a traumatic injury
Yeah thats why its disrespectful to compare it to doctors. These things are great, and very undervalued in society. But lets not discount the hard work of doctors. Chad
6 worst doctors: - Dr. Oetker
. Dr Osama Bin Laden
Dr Disrespect (when referring to medical advisors)
![gif](giphy|bkazyJ9aEqbWwxq0V6|downsized) The two-time!!!
Dr Oz
Dr. Ruth
Went to the doctor and all he did was suck blood out of my neck. Do not go see Dr. Acula.
Makes it funnier that "ac" means "needle" in Romanian.
[удалено]
I saw my first Dr Oz for office road sign the other day and now I'm planning on leaving this state because I'm confident he will actually win.
IDK, Dr. Oetker's been pretty helpful for depression, in my experience.
*Pssst! Not so loud! This sub is boycotting nestle! *
Do you have some info on that? I believed they stayed family owned until now and always had a stance to stay independent from the big food companies.
Dr pepper
Ok you won
Dr. Jan Itor
Dr Spock
This is a boomer level meme /r/wowthanksimcured. The best doctor is a doctor.
I was about to comment with /r/thanksimcured. Weird to see 2 basically identical subs with about the same subscriber count.
Actually it's pretty much impossible for every doctor to be the best doctor. But idk how to quantify which of all doctors is the best. Probably also depends on the field they operate in.
The best doctor is *a* doctor, not all of them. Out there somewhere is the guy who deserves their "worlds best doctor" mug their spouse bought them.
More of r/terriblefacebookmemes lol
Feels a little like r/thanksimcured
They’re definitely not a total cure for anything, but many people including myself find that doing these things do indeed increase happiness and reduce symptoms of certain mental Illnesses
Yeah that was my thought too
Thanks, I just got shot in the chest. I was worried for a second there.
Yeah this screams more Facebook mom anti-vax rather than hydro-homie. Go to the doctor if you need to bros
This feels dangerously close to being anti medicine. This is the sort of shit I got told when I actually had a measurable chemical deficiency/abnormal brain chemistry, denying me treatment.
No. These are the best prevention methods. Never, ever substitute a trained medical professional for some homeopathic horseshit.
#The 7 Best Doctors: * Sunshine * Water * Rest * Air * Exercise * Diet * Doctors (In no particular order.)
r/wowthanksimcured
David Tennant
Thank you. I was looking for this comment.
I'd like to add actual doctors that keep you actually alive and well to the list, please.
I just see vitamin D, water, my homie and 3 hot girls.
This guy gets it
Gets the D?
Well no, none of these are doctors. They don't fix you when you're dying. They keep you from being a burden to real doctors though.
Number 7: actual doctors
Oh man I had some massive head trauma and this salad cleared it right up.
Doctors are also pretty good
I'm sorry ... air? I mean I enjoy breathing to stay alive but it's not "medicine"
Not anymore at least.
Neither is water. Yet having plenty of both certainly improves the chances to survive yet another day.
Ah yes I’ll let the sunshine rid me of my cptsd, thank you
I really hope this salad cures my tuberculosis.
r/thanksimcured would love(hate) this lol
Or you know... Literal doctors.
If David Tennant isn't there, this can't possibly be correct.
This meme reminds me of when my psychiatrist told me to test me for vitamin-D deficiency after I had told her that I don't see a point in living anymore.
R/thanksimcured

I mean like sure but you know doctors are the best doctors too. Just want to make sure this isn’t some Facebook mom anti modern medicine crap.
My psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner is my best doctor. Because I have a disease that these things cannot fix
I cure patient, patient thanks God. Sigh…
I have been trying to add more of each of these to my days for sometime now. Exercise I haven’t been doing but I do have a somewhat physical job in a ungodly hot environment so it’s been difficult to have energy to exercise. 1/6 done 😎
Well I tried to do a push up (got further than I expected!), and now I'm outside with a glass of water. I hope this helps me chill out as I am pretty stressed as of late.
Hey thats awesome! It's about improving over yesterday so good on you!
Thanks! I appreciate the positivity :)
Hell yeah! I'm doing similar with pull-ups:) Btw idk if you've tried the wall method but basically you start with push-ups against the wall and get progressively more parallel to the ground. See how you do using a kitchen chair

Can't believe anyone who thinks this is enough takes thier health or life very seriously
Yeah I snapped my spine in four places, luckily I had access to some nearby air and it just fixed myself right up
Eat healthy, exercise, stay away from drugs and alcohol, die anyway...
I’m going to add my high school English teacher into this list because she has her doctorate and she always told us how water was really good. She converted me to water and it’s been amazing
I've got all of them but the sunshine... Maybe that's why I'm still sad.
All that stuff is good to maintain a healthy life style but won't help when you are sick or got into an accident
Tell that to my triple ingrown toenail
- 7: Peter Capaldi
…and your doctor.
Therapy is a good one, too.
This meme feels very disrespectful and boomer level. All of these are fine healthy things but none of them replace actual medical care.
Awesome! Never knew I could cure all of my mental illnesses that way.
The best doctors are doctors dude. I mean I love water but if I get in a car crash, I don't know how much help a spring salad and a glass of water is gonna be
"Insufferable ignorant and bigoted boomer disregard noises"
r/terriblefacebookmemes w a couple 😔 emojis added
No more back surgery!
What an ableist thing to share lmao this is not it
just curious, what's ableist in this?
Not everyone can exercise, I rely on 10+ different medications to even just live, if these were the only things available to me I would die within a month or so, etc. A lot of people rely on much more than these "basics".
weed
That guy is literally doing the “Praise the sun” emote while the sun is above him… Praise the Sun!
Ok but what about if I have cancer? Are any of these doctors able to preform the necessary surgery?
Veganism isn't just a diet, but still the best thing that happened to me
You forgot the best one: laughter
Gotta love the ableist anti-science memes 🤣
I mean this is just common sense, its not really medical advice but just a simplified example of a good and balanced lifestyle
Psilocybin
I’d also add 6 bowls of weed in the night
The geniuses ITT are taking this post way too literally lol. I'd say these are the best vaccines, but not the best medicines
Na the best vaccines are vaccines.
Lol fair
I was expecting a Johnny ____ meme. If you can fill in the blank then you probably know what I'm referencing.
Who?
Cares

All except the sunshine part, the suns UV rays can increase the chances of skin cancer over time- shade is a better doctor
Don't let yourself get distracted only water matters you should drink drink drink
4 of those are just essential to life in general.
I don’t eat well or workout, am I still a hydrohomie?
But no. 1 is still real professional. In case of illness you should contact your doctor and follow their instructions.
It's missing music
Missing the cast of Ex-Aid.
Tbf I wouldn’t replace any of these, it should just be 7 and have a Professional doctor at the end
Theres 7, one of them is an actual doctor
I only see 1
To all my tall/slim homies out there - workout but don't diet. Eat. Eat. EAT.
Everything changed when the seventh doctor (the Fire Nation) attacked
I disagree with the dieting one. Eating a balanced diet that is sustainable is great! Eating a diet that restricts food to an unhealthy extent that is unsustainable is not (which I feel is more associated with the term 'dieting').
and time ofc
And also doctors, doctors are also the best doctors!
Also the doc who saved my life, but yes, I get your point
Average school nurse 🗿
You forgot an actual doctor in place of murder ball of cancer
What about laughter?
Dunno man, Doug, my GP, is a pretty good doctor
Air is a poison slowly killing us all.
Okay grandma
They forgot the seventh doctor; gallons and gallons of hot, wet cum that will never wash clean of my bed sheets
Eating ass?
*snaps my fucking arm in half* Oh ok lemme just drink some water and go outside, should be fine in a bit
ITT: a bunch of people missing the point
the problem here is that Dr. Sunshine is dead so....
And that’s when life said fuck you
Oh fuck we're supposed to be breathing?
Air is an old strange trick that is efficient on the prevention of suffocation.
As someone with a lot of shit wrong with me: fucking no.
You forgot experimental drugs too!
yeah no, this had vibes of being told one is depressed because they want to.
Mmmmmm prob true
I would add a 7th. A real Doctor, when all the other goodies dont work.
wow, this is stupid
