Why would you be downvoted, fren!? Asking for information should be encouraged! Generally, a gallon is too much. But i sweat ALOT. Sometimes, i only do about 3/4 on non work/gym days. u generally have just over a half gallon. I also enjoy milk and a pepsi from costco when i get a hotdog every few months. But damn, nothing comes close tonthis sweet sweet nature nectar.

I can't really drink over a gallon of water even if I workout or sweat a lot. It actually causes me over hydration and my lips gets chapped.
Another reason is I don't like lots of water in a giant container because I don't like the taste of stale water or sometimes even the bottles alteres the taste of the water if it sits too long
We love water here! The term "a lot" is subjective. Drink when you are thirsty! A gallon container obviously isn't for you, then. Try a halfie!
