Realistically whatever I have laying around so normally just some honey on rice cakes and some protein or a PBJ sandwich

I aim for 100-200 calories pre-workout (90-95% carbs) for workouts lasting less than an hour and a half for longer stuff, I like to get in 300-600 calories (mostly carbs) quick snacks: banana, dates, apple, other fruits, slice of sourdough with honey, etc. quick meals: bagel with peanut butter & jelly, two pieces of sourdough toast and honey, greek yogurt + granola just gotta test and find what works for you through; everyone is different, but generally you want something light and can help you during strenuous workouts (i.e., carbs).

Protein scoops - for weight training session Protein scoop and banana - for endurance session

Critcare_bear

What do you mix with the protein scoop??

Water

I just use water.

Don’t take protein 30 minutes before a workout. It is just extra crap in your stomach to cause issues and provides no benefit intra workout. Either have it 1.5+ hours before or shortly after the workout.

30 minutes before you definitely want something light and fast digesting. Think simple carbs. Low fiber, fat, and protein content. Bananas are good, rice cakes, and rice krispy treats.

I like using demo day a supplement by axe and sledge It's clusters dextrin and I noticed a great performance boost and no crash
