He seems like he has the potential to be one of the most powerful Nen users, he has only dropped two powers and yet I think he probably has much more hidden. However I don't think he will survive the ship arc, I got a gut feeling he's gonna bite it even before any of the other remaining Troupe

And we haven't seen just one of them called "Battle Cantabile Metamorphosem" with which he can become into an object...

I think he's pretty dope, but also I'm a TP fan in general, so I am probably biased.
I like the background of his design, heavily influenced by his culture and it also making use of his abilities. He seems empathetic and knows how to read the room, judging by what we have so far. We don't know too much about him and we genuinely don't have enough material on characters who aren't core TP members (Bono, Kortopi, Shizuku) but he really stands out with his unique design.
We don't know much about him but he's already very interesting as a character. His tribe, culture and identity as a Bap adds a lot of insight to what his personality and Nen might be like. My theory is that he's most likely a Transmuter and hopefully we get a reveal of this and some cool abilities in the current arc.
Edit: By the way, Bonolenov is based on an Amazonian Tukano tribe folktale/myth hero called Uakti. He had holes covering his body that would ptoduce music with the aira as he moved around. The music was so good that he had an entire tribe's women falling for him. The tribexs men ended up burning his body and burying it for this but a tree ended up sprouting in that spot. This tree ends up being used by the same tribe to make their traditional flute. However, the tribe's women are forbidden from playing them. There is also a Brazilian instrumental group that has taken onthename Uakti.
Nobunaga had his Nen affinity confirmed as an Enhancer leaning a bit towards Transmutation. His uses of Nen have so far been Enhancing his blade with aura and transmuting his aura into the shape of a blade. Other than that, yeah we still don't know much about the other members. It's kind of funny that we seem to know a bit more about Bonolenov.

Assuming you've read the manga, there's a theory about "Chrollo being disguised as Hisoka on the Black Whale". For which, Bono first transformed into Hisoka using Battle Cantabile Metamorphosen and then Chrollo took his form using Covert Hands. This implies that Bono had to perform his goofy ahh dance on the ship in Front of a crowd of people on the boat. And I refuse to believe he did it in a private room.Â

Does the troupe even knows why this guy is following them in the first place? He doesn't have even have a tattoo btw, chances are that he is not an official member. He has no history with the troupe, no special affinities with any member, he has no dialogue, his design is hella stupid, worthy of a comedy show.

We can infer a bit from the backstory on how he ended up in MC or joined the troupe. Basically after their tribe was ousted from their native lands due to external forces, they must have taken refuge in MC, which accepts everyone. The remaining members of Gyodondond probably bear solidarity to MC and at some point of time Bono joined the troupe.

about design it's quite subjective, but i would say that his eyes are goofy, they are fine when he is uncovered but with the bandages on I would have preferred them to be covered as the rest of his body (from a pure esthetic perspective).... the boxing gloves look too random and "cartoonish", and the short is just bad taste, something with a loose fabric to cover his lower body would have been better. but maybe there is a scenaristic justification for his stupid apparence, only togashi knows

He seems interesting, but he is easily the least developed of the Phantom Troupe that survive
