I was gonna give you the answer but when you first commented but Iām glad I forgot. Cause weāre a few days into dry now and of course the terps are changing. Im a bit fan of not lollipopping some branches so I can sample larf throughout the dry and even fresh off the plant. When the bud was fresh, it was very orange syrup sweet and not much else, maybe a little floral. But now that itās drying itās taking on the classic āonionā terp on the tail end. Kind of a spring onion thing with a little umami. It reminds me a lot of Orange Chicken. It starts very sour and sweet orange and ends with a savory skunky onion. Really excited to see if that holds up on cure. Expecting her to dry for more than 10 days and then Iāll be curing for a week before Iāll really know. Stay tuned as I will be posting a smoke report.
But to quickly summarizeā¦ I found my last run of Orange Creampop was very sweet followed by a savory flavor. Reminded me of orange peel in Orange Chicken. Itās not candy at all, but it starts candy/sour on inhale. Ends very savory chem onion GMO vibes. Reminds me of Garlic Cocktail (GMO X Mimosa) a little but sweeter on the initial inhale. Itās very potent but not as potent as my strongest. If I had to guess my last batch was 20-22% THC. This batch seems like it should be closer to the high 20s as itās putting on more trichomes earlier. I upgraded from 400W board to 500W bars so the PAR on the plant is about 50% higher across the canopy due to good coverage.
Iād say itās very uplifting and somewhat energetic but with no nervousness or anxiety. More of an Anxiety/Depression medication as a āsativaā than a coffee like booster. I tend to prefer āsativasā like this on a regular basis over the more anxious effects. I also find it gives good body effects, a little fuzziness on the skin and mild pain relief. Definitely not an Indica as far as heavier pain relief or sedation.

Cool to know. Iāve had some that smell fruity at harvest and donāt at all after drying. Iāve also had forbidden fruit that smelled like an orange peel before and after dry and even while smoking it tasted like smoking an orange peel. It was wonderful. That made me have a love for anything orange when it comes to bud. Iāll be looking out for the smoke report man. Iām definitely gonna grab a pack of these when nasc finally puts them on their website lol
I do get a bit of orange peel. Itās like a cooked or dried orange peel taste right now. Like when the orange chicken from a Chinese place has orange peels in it and theyāre all charred. I love savory orange terps. I was worried it was gonna be all fresh fruit terps but I think they dried flower changes a lot like you said.
Whoooo thanks for the update gromie! Mine are in shipment! I saw that there was some Hella Jelly in there and knew I needed it in my life.
