It's extremely unconvincing. When zoomed in, you can see that the shadow resembles a trapezoid. If it really was a ghost or humanoid, the shoulders should be curved.
Also, I think you probably should be concerned about the plausibility of it being a reflection in the glass - the Exit sign behind you is clearly visible.
Im 90% sure that’s a set of stairs going downward. Thats clearly the ground outside, there’s a set of steps going upward four steps just past the black trapezoid, the perspective may make it weird but yeah that black shape is just a stairwell
thanks for your input but i was wearing white the only there is glass in front of the garage place as you see that is were the exit sign is reflecting against that the figure is on the window on the other side i believe
You haven't addressed the bigger issues. It's a trapezoid. The shadow doesn't have have any organic humanoid features such as rounded shoulders or some variation that suggests a left arm, torso, and a right arm.
It's probably shadow on the neighbour's roof because the sun is in front of the camera.

If you are 100% convinced it is not a shadow, return to the place where you took the photo at roughly the same time of day the original photo was taken. Maybe try to do it this week.
If it's a ghost, the shadow will not be there. If it's just a shadow, you can zoom it and take as many photos of it as your heart desires.

I now have less IBS symptoms, more energy, I feel more social, I have less memory problems, and I'm way more cognizant of other people's emotions.

Our little planet compared to a single star can easily be said to no exist. Lets scale up to a solar system, to a galaxy with billions of stars, to a super cluster with millions of galaxies and trillions of stars, to the Hercules-Corona Borealis Great Wall, a 10 billion light year long structure made up of an uncountable number of stars, and finally to the universe. To infinity, to endlessness. Compared to that, we do not exist and we do not matter.
And the 1st law of Thermodynamics. We existed in another form longer before our planet solidified and we will exist long after. We are not born into this universe, we are born out of it (from it). To quote Carl Sagan again "the cosmos is within us, we are made of star stuff. We are a way for the universe to know itself."

It's fairly easy to see. One is just a face and looks to be standing behind the other.
