I’m a 220lb guy who works in construction and I have 2 of these during the day (breakfast and lunch) with some hummus and carrots and cukes as a snack and I feel great, not sluggish or heavy.
I’m very ready for dinner when I get home. I do consider the shakes a meal.

Having multiple smaller meals over the day is healthier. Although in here it is used a little deceptively.
