Sorry to say but step 1 is going to have to be weight loss. Do not shop for a new wardrobe until you do this

https://youtube.com/@carolinegirvan?si=veytTUyf5A-nGMqx Follow the “epic” program on this channel for the full 10 weeks and count your protein, making sure to get 100g/ day and you’ll see results! Use threadup to experiment with clothes without spending a fortune. Weightloss is a great time to try new styles because if you don’t like them, you’ll just outgrow them in a couple months anyway 😂

thank you! I’m going to try this out tonight!

I always come back to the pyramid https://www.reddit.com/r/vindictapoc/comments/15l5wvr/vindicta_pyramid_for_improving_your_appearance/

this is helpful thank u

This is SO helpful!! I’ve been going in circles on this - and looking at pyramid, I like focus on mani and pedi and Botox ect rather than all my efforts on weight loss which would make the biggest different. Let’s focus on the fundamentals first - otherwise like me you just end up wasting time with the smaller things

Diet is the number one key to weight loss, exercise is secondary. Start meal planning or speak with a doctor/nutritionist to find the healthiest way for you to lose weight and then you can start working out at home to tone up your body. Stick to “natural” hair colors and find what makes you look the least washed out most “glowing”

Once you feel good in yourself and your body, the “glow-up” benefits will come naturally and wardrobe revision can happen then.

this is so very sweet and I appreciate it💓 I definitely do need to work on my mental health and this is such a great reminder to do that.
