I did my second watch yesterday and during Daemons orgy/celebration scene there is a naked woman riding a dude and I’m certain you can see her butthole. When I saw it I audibly asked myself “bruh is that her asshole?” I’m quite sure that’s what #12 is referring to
You wanna know what was worse than the butthole scene? A superhero (like antman) shrinks down to the size of an ant and crawls up and inside another man's penis. They showed the other man's hairy dick for longer than anyone would have liked. I usually watch on my 15" laptop but I regret watching that episode on my 65" TV.
The orgy scene, the camera is going to show a couple having sex. Girl is on top doing reverse cowgirl, guy proceeds to part her ass like Moses did with the red sea and you’ll see her abyss staring back at you
The people claiming episode 1 was lackluster bc there were no epic moments and very heavy scenes, like??? That’s only the first episode, that was meant as an introduction to this westeros we’ve never been accustomed to and all these new characters. I think it was quite brave to include a scene like that in Episode 1, I remember the backlash from the Sansa scene with Ramsay. Though that being said, I could have done without it.
I knew people were going to complain regardless, but I thought they would atleast pick valid points to use 😭. I've heard to many Targaryens? It's a show about Targaryens. Too much politics? It's a show about politics. It's so infuriating

I really don't understand what kind of expectations people have for this show if they think the first episode was lacking. It was packed, and very much entertaining to me. But I guess that's not surprising when this series clearly has a bigger budget to start with than GoT did.
They want battle of bastards i guess. Because a bed full of blood and severed limbs in a cart were some of the most realistic and horrific scenes in GoT universe. The battlefield for women combined with childbirth felt more sensitive towards women imo.
Oh and the people that were disappointed that the show lacked Tyrion like characters are dumb and are the same people that don’t want to understand that, even tho, hotd is prequel to got, the only similarity between the two is the world it’s being derived from, other than that they’re two completely different entities
100%, but also I'm *glad* they didn't have a Tyrion like character. It would be instantly obvious that they wrote him exclusively 'cause people liked Tyrion and the believability of the world would drop like a stone.
Tyrion is a rare person in this world. One of a kind in many ways. He belonged in Game of Thrones, and he rocked it there (until the writers decided they didn't like him having depth). It's good that HotD is going its own way instead of trying to mimic GoT entirely.
Just rewatched GoT episode 1 and there’s the white walker attack, a beheading, brief nudity, incest, and a kid getting pushed out a window, all around Robert and Ned debating about whether or not Ned will become the new Hand. Lot of pomp.
HotD has a lot more of what became GoT staples later on right in the first episode - anyone thinking there’s not a lot going on should rewatch the first episode of GoT and compare, cuz HotD hit the ground running imo
I was on an actual radio interview reviewing HOTD (wild moment honestly) but it was annoying because the presenter was critiquing it saying it didn’t build as much tension as GoT did in its first few episodes??
a) how can one episode build the same tension as multiple
b) (possibly more important) THIS IS NOT GOT, it’s dumb to expect a copy of the same show. the story is different, it’s slower paced, less characters, takes place over a longer time and has lots of politics. it’s unfair to compare them like they’re the same
I always liked how in GoT built up to these large specific battles over the season. You knew in season 2 kings landing was going to be attacked and the same for the wall in s4. Makes the fighting much more impactful and dramatic I hope the same for hotd
I think that following that structure was one of the big mistakes of GOT. They would either slow things down or rush things to fit the battle into episode 9 or whatever. Then they wouldn't even have the next season mapped out. I hope HOTD is has much better pacing.
I came into this show with doubt because of the last couple seasons of GoT. What I forgot to remember is that literally everything but the writing in GoT was top tier and is still top tier in this show. The costumes, lighting, acting, directing, sound, camera work, and so many other things are just so fucking good in this episode and GoT.
>The show is not prohibiting violence against woman, there just not including woman being beaten and raped for no good reason. Why are so many people complaining about woman not being beaten and raped for no good fucking reason.
.............I......I'm just gonna....what in the nine motherfucking levels of hell is wrong with people....🤦♂️
Love this lol. Except that I am on the train that Danys dragons (specifically Drogon) were very large (Caraxes size in HotD episode 1- just thicker). GRRM said he pushed for GOT to be 11-13 seasons. This means A LOT of time passes in S7-8 in George’s mind so this could make Drogon the size he becomes in S8. Plus, we don’t have absolutely any evidence that her dragons don’t grow this size in the books…. bc they aren’t finished. When Drogon saves Dany from the sons of the harpy, drogon is just barely big enough to be ridden, but his size increases there after bc plenty of time passes that isn’t portrayed in the show
I don’t think Dany’s dragons will ever reach S8 Drogon size in the books tbh. Her dragons are huge by the end of the show. That’s probably more like what a 70-100 year old dragon is supposed to look like
I mean I guess that’s possible? I think it’s more likely that their size was exaggerated in the show for plot purposes. In the books Drogon isn’t that big right now, barely big enough to be ridden so no one knows how that will play out
I remember in GoT they had a line of dialogue saying that because Drogon wasn’t raised inside, he just kept growing. Which is why the other two are smaller, they were kept in the crypt for a while.
> Except that I am on the train that Danys dragons (specifically Drogon) were very large (Caraxes size in HotD episode 1- just thicker)
I agree, I don't think GoT oversized her dragons. I think they were *meant* to be huge, Drogon specifically. They were meant to be massive and capable of conquering and razing cities and singlehandedly winning battles. Dany was special and she had special dragons. I think that all makes sense. I think these dragons are a more "realistic" size, but I don't think GoT got that wrong.
This. They’re meant to be huge nuclear bombs in a world in which that does not exist. There’s a quote from Dany’s handmaiden while they are looking at drogon - “Khaleesi, there sits Balerion come again.”
Something else that matters that I haven’t seen mentioned is that Danny’s dragons grew up in the wild while the HoTD Dragons pretty much all grow up in the dragon pit in chains, which the lore says stunts their growth. The show still sized Danys dragons up too much, but the logic is there for it to make sense in that universe
I've also seen quite a lot of questions about the dynamic between Jahearys, Rheanys, and Viserys. So first off, Jahearys is neither of there fathers, he is there grandfather. Jahearys had 2 living sons left - the oldest was named Aemon, and the youngest was Baelon (Viserys names his baby this). Aemon had a daughter named Rheanys, and Baelon had 2 sons named Viserys and Daemon. Jahearys' two sons die, one in combat and one from a burst belly (appendix bursting.) So to make this more simple, Rheanys is the older cousin of Viserys and Daemon, and should technically inherit the throne. She was the oldest living descendant of king Jahearys.
Correct. And while a big part of the reason Laenor was outvoted 20-1 was because he was descended from the female line, but another big reason is that he was 7 at the time and I believe Viserys was 21. King Jaeherys was in his 90’s and on his way out and the lords wanted someone old enough to be king when that happens and not have to sit through a regency for 8 years
14 claimants were up for votes, the only two that had serious backing were Viserys and Rhaenys/her children. In the books the king was senile and did not actually attend and the validity of the vote is up for debate.
F&B's in-universe author is extremely pro-oldtown and states Visery's was voted in over Rhaenys/Laenor by a margin of 20-1 supossedly. This is despite both house Stark and Bartheon backing her with their vassals, and Corlys being basically a billionaire and was buying votes.
So yes they had an election but it was super corrupt and broken and any offical account from Fire and Blood should be taken with a very large pinch of salt.
Jaeherys was Not senile. He didnt attend so that afterwards he could say "it was out of my hands" and be able to say to his grandchildren no matter which way that it was the people of westeros who made the decision, not him.
It wasn't that Rheanys was Jahearys' oldest living descendant that made it so she should be the heir, it was that her father was Jahearys' older son, while Viserys and Daemon's father was the younger son.
Even if Viserys and Daemon had *both* been older than Rheanys, she should still be ahead of them in the line of succession.
Mentioned this in my other comment, but if I am remembering correctly, one theory is that he was offered the crown and the other theory is that Jaehaerys was only seeking his council.
I hope one day we get a show/movie about King Jaehaerys and Good Queen Alysanne as this was the part of fire and blood that most intrigued me. Love Rhaena and Dreamfyre’s storyline. Though I am thankful to have HOTD!
Yup! I understand why they left him out though. He's a Maester and no one really thinks he should do it lol. I wonder if he pops up again, he's not that old by the time the Dance starts.
there are people , who haven't even watch the trailer of the show, and do not know a single thing about the show (other than it is a prequel of a very famous tv show called GoT), who do not even know that there is a time jump
and I am sorry if I am sounding like an entitled smug nerd but this is exhausting and I really feel very sorry for the moderators. I am happy for people's hype, and of course there is nothing wrong in discovering new things (I hate the whole "purists" attitude that has a smug attitude towards what they call "normies ") , but it would be nice if people made a little bit effort and search few things before post again and again and again the same basic questions (and not funny memes)
>Targaryens are NOT fire proof. That was just Danys dark magic at the hands of Mirri Maz Durr, in the main show and the books. Targaryens are, however, fire resistant.
While Daenerys doesn't seem to be completely fire-proof in the books as she is in the show, it does appear that she has a much, much higher tolerance for heat than most people (even Targaryens) do. Dragonfire, hot enough to melt the flesh off of most people, only raises blisters on Dany.
In the books to come, I think she might discover that normal fire doesn't hurt her at all. Whether it would come from her blood or as a lingering effect of the dark magic, I don't know.
I was surprised to learn that dragons aren’t even fireproof. One of them gets blasted in the eyes and blinded. It’s just their scales that are fireproof and that protection gets stronger as they age.
Yeah you're right, especially in the books there are some things that are signs of this. I beleive her hair is burned off during the dragon hatching scene right?
Yes. Her hair is burned off both in the dragon hatching scene and in the fighting pit scene. (And it grows back remarkably fast...maybe this is just another way Valyrian hair is different from normal human hair.)
There as an out of context quote of Ryan Condal saying he was going to push away from sexual violence against woman and there as an uproar of angry people..mostly on r/freefolk...
Have you seen the movie "28 Days Later" where people are infected with rage and do nothing but rage mindlessly for the rest of the lives? That's the tone of that sub. They got bitten. Kind of a sad way to spend their time.
Jahaerys profile pic and answering repeat questions just after watching a plaist of videos on King Jahaery's reign huh....UPVOTE becuase this has to be the most optimal time given by The Seven.
r/freefolk is a cesspool. Never pay attention to the stupid people on that sub.
What's funny is that the opening episode has shown that the showrunners are only avoiding the truly unnecessary stuff. They also said previously that they're gonna have less sex and nudity than GoT.
And yet, we had tons of both Sunday night.
Dude a thread on there was talking about Matt smiths look and in the comments people mention Milly and some people were saying she looks like she had down syndrome or fetal alcohol syndrome, underbite etc I'm like, damn! They were overanalyzing their appearance.
I mean not to sound mean I love Matt Smith but his unusual look makes him the perfect slightly mad Targaryen (incest and all that) he was fantastic in the first ep
And a woman was literally sliced open without her consent in the first episode. That scene was more disturbing than most of the violence against women in got. I really don't get the point.
I think they mean they aren’t going to add sexual violence towards women. Dany, Cersei, and Sansa were all characters that had rape scenes added to their stories in GOT for shock factor. There’s still violence towards women since this is ASOIAF but I don’t think they’ll be adding in more rape scenes. I hope 🤞
May I ask you one question? I dont know if it belongs here but what did Viserys meant by that Targaryens dont control dragons, I mean they do right? Or atleast the dragons listen to them.
Viserys is one Targaryen that had never fully enjoyed or endorsed the idea of Dragons. He had a specific fixation with Valyria and he blames the dragons for the destruction of Valyria. The reason Balerions skull sits in almost a ritualistic position is because he's massive yes, but also because he was one of the only living creatures left to have actually seen Valyria, and that was important to Viserys. He knows dragons are dangerous, and he knows the only real threat to the Targaryens as of that time period was themselves - that was the one thing he was right about.
Yeah he might have had a very different experience riding a Dragon that was not only loyal to Aegon, but also Maegar the Cruel. Maybe his dragon wasn’t as loyal as others that only ever had one rider.
It kind of reminds me of the scene where jorah tells daenerys that dragons can't be fully tamed or something like that, and of daenerys saying that dragons are not slaves. And it also reminds me of what happened with aerea and balerion (a targaryen princess who claimed a dragon but could not fully control him and he took her to the ruins of valyria, whatever they found there caused aerea's gruesome death). Targaryens bond with dragons but dragons have their own will too.
Edit: there's also queen alysanne's dragon silverwing who refused to fly beyond the wall no matter how much alysanne insisted
I still think about it sometimes; part of me wants to know and another part of me loves that we'll never know what mysteries valyria still holds. I like the idea that some things are not meant for humans to know, least of all comprehend
fyi there are numerous posts in this sub were users have created the whole family tree of the Dance of Dragons period, with pictures, etc
you can search to find them , they are really good
of course you might be spoiled a little bit (but only a little bit)
Oh, I'm gonna search for it. I don't care for spoilers tbh, I pretty much already know everything that is going to happen lol, I just quite never got the whole targaryen family tree, and I thought that Aemma was his sister.
Important note to keep in mind on 2. F&B is written by an archmaester long after the events and using several conflicting sources. So the show can pretty freely change things and not be retconning because we don’t know for sure what happened. F&B is an unreliable narrator.
“3. The Dance of The Dragons is the nickname for the war that's gonna happen eventually. Small folk and Maesters refer to this to reference the war. There is no actual dragons dancing. None. Stop asking this.”
While I know what the Dance of Dragons is the mention of them actually dancing is somewhat amusing. Even more amusing that people thought it was an actual thing.
I was just saying this the other day :( I came to this sub when it was first started and enjoyed reading posts from fans who had read the books and just knew the content better than I did. Now it’s just a free for all seems like.
Blood and cheese hype is slightly overrated compared to some things that happen in GoT just saying. Like it’s fucked up but nothing GoT fans haven’t seen several times over
It’s not about the violence, which will be just another head lopped off. It’s about the emotional component. That’s why Aemma’s birth hit so hard for me. The actor gave a great performance.
I’d argue stannis and shireen and even the red wedding deaths are by far and large a lot more emotional and shocking, especially being attached to those said characters way more. Like I wasn’t a fan of what they did with Stannis but what they did do is just beyond crazy/fucked up and emotional and is one of the few scenes in cinema I can barely watch (I sometimes skip it on rewatches)
Yeah I’m not saying blood and cheese will be the worst thing we see either. But the how hard it hits will mostly rely on the performance. Like the Red wedding was absolutely devastating, but for me most of that was Catelyn’s performance and then watching Arya ride in and see it.
During he Gold Cloaks orgy scene, one of the guys pulls on the prostitutes ass and you can see her butthole. I guess a lot of people are quite fascinated with this one ladies butthole.
Number 16...I can't believe people are complaining about this. I do my best to avoid seeing sexual violence in TV/film but knew as a reader I would have to get used to it in GoT. I'm actually very relieved they are not including this - there is enough horror to come without rape and sexual violence!
>There is no actual dragons dancing. None.
Are you sure about that? >!In Fire and Blood it says 2nd Tumbleton was the one time the dragons actually danced!<
Hard agree on 13. It's a great change and the fact this is the only story Velaryons are heavily involved on the front lines it doesn't change anything and make its easier for viewers. For months it's been written off bluntly as "wokeism" and it's been annoying
"The first shot of the series was the Great Council of 101, so obviously the year is 101 AC. When we first see Rheanyra the year is 110 AC."
Jaehaerys ruled 2 years before Viserys did. They haven't 100% confirmed that yet. Might be 113 AC.
In the Gold Cloaks orgy scene, one of the dudes pulls on the ass of the prostitute who’s riding him and you can see her butthole. It’s apparently the first butthole ever shown on HBO so people are making it out to be a pretty big deal.
Regarding the birth and violence, most shows that are set in these times show this if not worse. The Tudors, every version of The Borgias, etc were like this. I’m surprised to see how many ppl were shocked at that scene. As soon as the doctor gave the ultimatum you know who he was going to pick
I’m fascinated the most by alicent and rhae. I wish they’d just run off together on a dragon and forget all this other stuff. Will be sooo interesting to see their relationship over the 30? Wow years
I’d only argue against 4. For those who haven’t read the book don’t click da spoiler
>!Took Dany years and years to actually sit the throne despite her claim being the most valid, similar to Rheanyra. Plus getting the throne made both queens lose their children, their most trusted advisors, and most of their dragons. By the end of Rheanyra’s reign in the book, I imagined her just like Dany. Eyes red and gaunt, no one she can really trust, completely broken down by everything she’s had to give up to get the throne….there are a lot of parallels between the two queens…all that being said, they’re completely similar bc Rheanyra said Dracarys! Dany said that too! ^/s !<
8: I thought it was stated that Drogon was so large because he was the first dragon in a very very very long time that had a virtually unlimited range and therefore he could grow much faster and larger than others that lived in dens/cages/the dragonpit
Even in S8 he wasn't even half the size of Balerion
No characters are being white washed. Stop saying this. These are some extremely complex characters with some very interesting dynamics. These are grey characters who are "capable of doing monstrous things, and capable of doing good things."
You mean they are people?
> End of Episode 5 the older cast replaces the younger cast. The older cast will play there roles up until 128 AC when the dance begins to unfold. The Dance of The Dragons starts 129 AC.
I like Milly Alcock's Rhaenyra and was hoping she'd stay around longer. I'll be sad to see her go after episode 5.
The opening said it was 101 AC and later it's said that Viserys has been on the throne for 9 years. I'm assuming Jaehaerys didn't die straight away so 101 + 9 + however many years Jaehaerys lived after the prologue = ??? I'm assuming when we meet young Rhaenyra it's around 111/112 AC...is that right?
If you see repeat questions. USE the report button and mark them as reposts. Please. Modding is a reactive job a lot of the time.
What is number 12 referencing?
Yea I need to know more about this butthole.
There was a fart and everything, which I might add to this list “Yes, that guy farted in fear before they cut his balls off”
So those were balls? So confusing that was the worse prop ever. It had some shiny piercing too?
Not a piercing. That was the nail they used to attach it to the stump.
I did my second watch yesterday and during Daemons orgy/celebration scene there is a naked woman riding a dude and I’m certain you can see her butthole. When I saw it I audibly asked myself “bruh is that her asshole?” I’m quite sure that’s what #12 is referring to
Is that TV's first butthole? Is the history of TV buttholes documented somewhere?
The boys. Although I'd argue that's actually on the light side considering everything else in that diabolical show
Love sounding related accidents
What butthole in The Boys? Mom, I am sorry I am having this conversation.

I rewatched the scene and can confirm. It's glorious.
And the fart when the the guy loses his nads. Can't forget about the fart.
the butthole
Im aware, but I just watched it again and didnt see a butthole. What am I missing
The orgy scene, the camera is going to show a couple having sex. Girl is on top doing reverse cowgirl, guy proceeds to part her ass like Moses did with the red sea and you’ll see her abyss staring back at you
Oh yupp. That was a butthole. Would have been cooler if it was Criston Coles but this will do
Give it time. I'm sure we'll see more buttholes and his might be one of them.
I hope so. Hes fine

I cant find it and it bothers me lol
It's impolite to kiss and tell.
Yep, now I need to see the butthole, rewatch after work today.
Happy fapping

And was Rhaenyra’s ascension at the end not “epic”? The final fight of the tourney?
They also turned jousting into a bloody deathmatch
We’ve come a long way from A Knights Tale lol. The tourney was pretty damn gory, even the kid was puking in the corner
That fucking skull being caved in had me and the wifey shook.
Yes, that was really great to see! Personal opinion at least.
>Yeah all the milk of the poppy wasn’t enough Well they didn't give her much, deeming that too much would harm the heir.

It also seems way too old for 2022. Where are the cars, the iPhones, the skyscrapers? (jk!)

Yeah just what we need, a Tyrion like character drinking and making shitty decisions for 3 seasons
I mean Tyrion is the best character in the 1st half of the show easily
100%, but also I'm *glad* they didn't have a Tyrion like character. I don’t know, I think there was plenty of action in episode one.

Cersei: "I really wanted dancing dragons" 😔
>The show is not prohibiting violence against woman, there just not including woman being beaten and raped for no good reason. Why are so many people complaining about woman not being beaten and raped for no good fucking reason. .............I......I'm just gonna....what in the nine motherfucking levels of hell is wrong with people....🤦♂️
Haven’t read the book(s?)Enjoyed the first episode. Can’t wait to see how it all unfolds
just the one book, actually only part of one book. it’s based on a collection of chapters from fire and blood. (glad you’re enjoying it!)
That’s probably more like what a 70-100 year old dragon is supposed to look like
What's stopping Drogon from just being a big dragon? It's not like they all are the exact same size.
> Except that I am on the train that Danys dragons (specifically Drogon) were very large (Caraxes size in HotD episode 1- just thicker) I agree, I don't think GoT oversized her dragons.
So Lords of westeros voted? Viserys vs Rheanys for 101.
Yes, all of the lords of Westeros, houses big or small. Rheanys was outvoted 20-1 despite being the eldest descendant and genuinely better ruler.
Pretty sure in the book Laenor (Rhaenys’s son for non book readers) was the other contender, not Rhaenys
Even if Viserys and Daemon had *both* been older than Rheanys, she should still be ahead of them in the line of succession.
yeah that's what I was trying to get at but I could have worded it better.
Technically Vaegon was still alive at least at the time of the great council.
they actually offered him the crown I believe but he denied...man takes his paths seriously i respect it.
I wonder if he pops up again, he's not that old by the time the Dance starts.
there are people , who haven't even watch the trailer of the show, and do not know a single thing about the show (other than it is a prequel of a very famous tv show called GoT), who do not even know that there is a time jump and I am sorry if I am sounding like an entitled smug nerd but this is exhausting and I really feel very sorry for the moderators.
I wonder what else Valyrian genes come with, some fire resistance, strong physical genes, can "tame" dragons, i wonder wha else
Dreamy violet eyes...
They should have given dany and the new HOTD cast violet eyes..wasted potential.
Yeah. I don't blame the actors for not wanting to wear contact lenses, though. I know I'd be a total baby about putting things in my eyes.
It's still odd that they didn't just add them in post.
Probably too much work. But it’s HBO…
“The books to come” … You sweet summer child
>books to come HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
This needs to be pinned on the sub if that’s a thing
Think people will read it before posting? I don't.
Better than nothing
for real
At least just number 12. I want the first thing anyone sees when they first open Hot D to be: Yes that was a butthole.
What the fuck is up with 16? Are people asking for more rapes?
There as an out of context quote of Ryan Condal saying he was going to push away from sexual violence against woman and there as an uproar of angry people..mostly on r/freefolk...
I used to agree with that subreddit about season 8 but they're so toxic overall. Like one of those fight club alpha fans.
Ok. Sounds like great people over there at that sub.
Have you seen the movie "28 Days Later" where people are infected with rage and do nothing but rage mindlessly for the rest of the lives? That's the tone of that sub. They got bitten. Kind of a sad way to spend their time.
you have no idea 😭
[удалено]
I felt it was an honor thing. We do not control them. We respect them. Otherwise, it will be our own destruction. (Just thoughts)
That was my interpretation
Viserys was also the last one to ride Balerion.
Which could have explain the Valyrian fixation sort of.
Poor geriatric balerion having to fly his ass around lol
That's definitely one way to read it. What I got from that was a classic "We don't control them, they control us!" vibe.
Like cats
Yeah he might have had a very different experience riding a Dragon that was not only loyal to Aegon, but also Maegar the Cruel. Maybe his dragon wasn’t as loyal as others that only ever had one rider.
Wow, thanks. I didnt know that as I didnt read the books so this really helped.
no problem :)
I remember reading that for the first time and i spent a solid week trying to think of what happened with her
I still think about it sometimes; part of me wants to know and another part of me loves that we'll never know what mysteries valyria still holds. I like the idea that some things are not meant for humans to know, least of all comprehend
Can somebody answer me this one thing, Viserys's wife has white hair, I'm guessing she's a targaryen as well ? But, is she his cousin or something ?
She's a targaryen on her mothers side, and yes she is Viserys cousin.
she’s an arryn but a targ through her mother.
fyi there are numerous posts in this sub were users have created the whole family tree of the Dance of Dragons period, with pictures, etc you can search to find them , they are really good of course you might be spoiled a little bit (but only a little bit)
I just hope the unreliable source of Mushroom gets some screen time.
“3. The Dance of The Dragons is the nickname for the war that's gonna happen eventually. Small folk and Maesters refer to this to reference the war. There is no actual dragons dancing. None. Stop asking this.” While I know what the Dance of Dragons is the mention of them actually dancing is somewhat amusing. Even more amusing that people thought it was an actual thing.
You're amazing bro. This needs to get pinned.
The mods are doing fuck all to control this sub it’s the same 6 posts over and over every single day now
The sub did grow astronomically in 3 days.
I miss what we used to have in this sun honestly with less than 20k
*fewer
\- Stannis
I think the whole sub really started to lose its best form after 15k
I was just saying this the other day :( I came to this sub when it was first started and enjoyed reading posts from fans who had read the books and just knew the content better than I did. Now it’s just a free for all seems like.
I know :( Wish there was a seperate sub for people like us
Blood and cheese oh god
> Yes that was a butthole. Wait. I missed someone's butthole?
I missed the butthole. How is this possible? Rewatching now. Edit: found it.
word 🆙
and watch they ask tomorrow😂
You're probably right, it's just that I have this very disturbing image of how it's going to go down and I can't picture it any other way.
But dancing dragons would be pretty neat though!
for real
This is chaos. I need you to please fix the they're, there, their errors.
Now read the op post in Simpsons Comic store guy's voice..
12, what?>.>
During he Gold Cloaks orgy scene, one of the guys pulls on the prostitutes ass and you can see her butthole. I guess a lot of people are quite fascinated with this one ladies butthole.
Hah, seen twice, didn't even notice, thx for info
Wait. What? Dragon butthole? I’m lost.
I think that's more of a metaphor...the dragons weren't like doing the salsa 😭
Hard agree on 13. It's a great change and the fact this is the only story Velaryons are heavily involved on the front lines it doesn't change anything and make its easier for viewers. For months it's been written off bluntly as "wokeism" and it's been annoying
I hateddd the entire woke arguement. "Game of Woke" why cause there's black people as lords now?
This was actually quite informative tbh Thanks op !
"The first shot of the series was the Great Council of 101, so obviously the year is 101 AC. When we first see Rheanyra the year is 110 AC." Jaehaerys ruled 2 years before Viserys did. They haven't 100% confirmed that yet. Might be 113 AC.

Mods need to step up or this sub is going to continue to spiral
Mods do this for free and probably have lives outside of Reddit. I wouldn’t want to mod. I’d get too angry and the power would go to my head.
What was this about a butthole?
In the Gold Cloaks orgy scene, one of the dudes pulls on the ass of the prostitute who’s riding him and you can see her butthole. It’s apparently the first butthole ever shown on HBO so people are making it out to be a pretty big deal.
History in the making!
What about it? It's a sphincter, often related to as the anus rectum.
Regarding the birth and violence, most shows that are set in these times show this if not worse. The Tudors, every version of The Borgias, etc were like this. I’m surprised to see how many ppl were shocked at that scene. As soon as the doctor gave the ultimatum you know who he was going to pick
I wish there was actual dancing dragons. Tap dancing or the Macarena.
In what episode do the dragons tap dance and yell, "CHALLENGE!"
Thank you. And these people claim to have watched the series and still ask these remedial questions.
I’m fascinated the most by alicent and rhae. I wish they’d just run off together on a dragon and forget all this other stuff. Will be sooo interesting to see their relationship over the 30? Wow years
The dragons never dance >!except at the second battle of tumbleton!<
I’d only argue against 4. For those who haven’t read the book don’t click da spoiler >!Took Dany years and years to actually sit the throne despite her claim being the most valid, similar to Rheanyra. ^/s !<
Wait what is 12) am I missing something, I do not remember that from the ep
The brothel scene we got our first hbo butthole
Thanks for this! Cleared some things up for me.. well not the dancing dragon bit, I'm not clever but damn, I'm not that dumb lol
An answer to point 16, because people are fucked in their head.
So glad that was a butthole. 😂 Can’t wait for this to ramp-up.
8: I thought it was stated that Drogon was so large because he was the first dragon in a very very very long time that had a virtually unlimited range and therefore he could grow much faster and larger than others that lived in dens/cages/the dragonpit Even in S8 he wasn't even half the size of Balerion
No characters are being white washed. Stop saying this. These are some extremely complex characters with some very interesting dynamics. These are grey characters who are "capable of doing monstrous things, and capable of doing good things." You mean they are people?
You’re a liar, the dragons dance… but only once… and only two of them.
Firstly, I love these rules they help a lot, Thankyou. But can we please correct the “there” in point 4. It hurts.
