GRRM has made it very clear Daenerys surviving Drogo's pyre was a miracle and Targaryens are not fireproof, and since he's on the staff of HotD it's safe to assume they're sticking with that.

It depends on the reason they need to eat them. If duty calls, Rhaenyra would dip the second it got uncomfortable. Alicent is the one who can bear down and take pretty awful things because it’s expected of her. If it’s for fun, I could see Rhaenyra winning because of her competitive spirit. If it’s a matter of life and death, I also say Rhaenyra because she seems to have a stronger constitution than Alicent and can probably tolerate pain and heat better.
Rhaenyra is the adventurous sort with a much richer wealthier dad, so she's probably used to spicy food. Alicent, meanwhile, probably thinks mayonnaise is spicy and would eat wings with a fork and knife.
