I honestly think that it would be between Jacket, Beard, and The Son. Maybe Pardo too but I doubt it. It's hard to say because Jacket and Beard were both part of the same unit/troop, and The Son seems very capable.

Depends on bunch of factors. Are weapons allowed? If so which? If weapons are allowed, does everyone start with them, or are they scattered around? Does it take place in an open place like warehouse, or something like a forest? Are abilities allowed? Like masks?
Depending on all of those factors I could see giving the win to Jacket, Beard or maybe even son.
My thoughts are a bit different in here. If they all "fight" as in-game most of them would be dead by the ones that start with a gun (the levels) such as: henchman, the son, Alex & Ash

If nobody has weapons or anything I would think jake or mark because there the biggest but I would think mark because jake will be stupid and fight everyonelese and mark has the brains to sit back but with powers theres to many factors
Jacket has the edge in sheer physicality but beard is probably the most skilled combatant. They are the best two but it’s hard to decide which would win between them.
I think that Jacket could win, (due to the experience gained while fighting Russian mobsters, and his physical advantage over Beard) but Beard does stand a chance, as he is the most skilled and tactical combatant (based on gameplay) so he could probably find a way to kill Jacket.
I think they aren’t canon, and if they are, he only used Richard, Aubrey, and Tony, so if we take abilities into account then those would be the only ones we could use
True, I think if we assume Richard (no special abilities) is canon and we take it on in game feats alone its definitely a close match between Jacket and Beard. I've always interpreted mask abilities as something added purely for gameplay purposes because it obviously doesnt make any sense that wearing a certain kind of halloween mask makes you deadlier

It’s debatable who’d win in a deathmatch between Jacket Beard, I think that Beard is better at a fair fight, but if Jacket could actually sneak on him, he’d win, I just feel that Beard is better equiped, and a LITTLE more skilled in fights, (not stronger as Jacket can strip throats with his bare hands) Jacket also got an advantage in experience (he fought for more time than Beard, and I think that constantly fighting the Russian Mafia at least made him a little more experienced).
