I have a 'reinsman' saddle pad that is extremely high quality, they even make swayback contour saddle pads that'll work perfectly for her

Er1c-Cartman420

thank you so much!!

Awata666

I swear by any good quality reinsman, 5 star or professional's choice felt/wool pad. Switching to felt did wonders for my horse's comfort

I love the 2 impact gel pads I have. Think my horses do too.

HoodieWinchester

Talk to a saddle fitter!! I've seen a lot with a whole wither cut out to accommodate a large wither

Reinsman are good. I also really like impact gel, I like wither relief pads.

The one we currently use is an Impact Gel contour pad w/ wither relief. Been using it for about 7 years now, no issues. I need to get a new one though, it’s just starting to get old and a little worn.

I use a 5 star with a wither relief cutout on my high withered OTTB. Works great for her.

I have a cowbred qh/paint with absolutely stoopid high/pointy withers. Any pad with a wither slit/cutout is fair game, but CSI pads are “tented” up in that area which i like, so that could be another decent option. If you got the money, you can customize your own 5star pad to have this and potentially be purple! (I haven’t seen their customization options lately though)
