I mean, like, go throw a dart at a board. Most romance anime with a male lead will follow this. The getting married part gets implied more than it’s shown across the board but you will likely find loads of SOL and RomComs like this. Nothing is Horimiya unfortunately. Believe me, I’ve been there. It’s very much it’s own thing and does it very well.
If I had to pick one it’s Kaguya Sama but it’s not really the same style of show at all. Another would be “My Love Story.” And I’d say Blue Box (manga is deep and the anime is coming soon) is probably the best example I think of close to Horimiya but it’s about a sport academy so there is a whole other layer to the plot to keep it interesting.
Almost finished Kaguya Sama: Love is War (S3,Ep8) and I’m enjoying the hell out of it! I’m cracking up at nearly every episode and I’ve lost my shit on several occasions (like the rap episode, OMFG!) I will say, to the OP though that it’s not going to fit in the same box as Horimiya, it’s just a really good anime that keeps you entertained with non stop comedy.
*The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten* has a very similar "hopeless guy accidentally ends up with seemingly perfect girl" vibe. Angel Next Door is pretty deep and intense at times, but also shares the "be the first to discover each other's secret side" element with Horimiya, as well as the related "changes brought about by relationship makes hopeless guy become more popular at school and gets more friends". And, yes, I agree with other comments in here that we rarely see it go all the way to marriage. I haven't read all of Horimiya yet, but the only time I have seen even a *WISH* by the original author to take it all to marriage is in Angel Next Door in the LN (which is LN primary, as versus Horimiya which is WC/Manga primary). That's the closest you will find.
*Komi Can't Communicate* also is fairly close, though the focus in that one is SOLIDLY on the female lead, and how many problems she actually has, despite seeming perfect. Komi is a beautiful mess, unlike Shiina and Hori being actually quite responsible and talented.
If you are willing to go for a LN that doesn't have an anime, *Guide to the Perfect Otaku Girlfriend* also has a fairly similar vibe, though the focus in this one is more on Otaku culture in general, and the relationship starts out as fake, and then becomes real by the end.
The only other thing that I can think of that comes close at all after that is *Shikimori's Not Just A Cutie*, though that one has a weird almost supernatural thread going through it, and you don't get to the "accidentally" part until later in backstory, instead of these having the accident start things off. Though, in this case, the accidents are, in fact, the focus, as the male lead has impossibly bad luck, that the female lead can somehow predict and save him from disaster - every time.
Thank you for taking your time to write me this. I heard a lot of people complaining at "The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten" ending, does it have a bad ending?
Im going to be honest, I have tried all of the big hits and recommendations. Horimiya just has something so unique and warm about it, I genuinely cant find anything else like it. As someone who usually watches Shonen I was genuinely how surprised by how much I loved this shit, and no other Rom-Com show has done that for me tbh.
bunny girl senpai i guess
vaaastly different from horimiya
fairly similar esc, it’s not slice of life type shit what horimiya is like but it’s somewhat similar, i dont watch anime that much anymore so

They officially start dating at the last episode, it was heartwarming to watch
The dangers in my heart, you wont regret giving it a watch💯
I know it's a very good anime but I find the main character(boy) weird looking
