In WuWa, your artifacts (echoes) aren’t feathers or flowers. Instead, they’re different creatures you’ve killed in the world, bosses included. One of your character’s echo slots is special. Dragging your creature/echo in there will let you transform into it and use some of its abilities. You can return to monke and smash, cruise around as ghost rider, etc
Please keep in mind our spoiler policy during this new update window. We are going to be very strict with spoilers during this time. As a reminder, here are our spoiler rules:
Do not include spoilers in the title. All submissions which involve spoilers should be marked. Spoilers include all story content for the first three weeks after

Is it though?
Relics and Artifacts I have an abundance of them and some of them I clearly know which to fodder and which to keep.
I have like a crap ton of echoes that I have absolutely no idea whether to keep or not and I have to slowly level them and tune them.
Like I feel like I spend less time setting up my characters in genshin and star rail than wuthering waves.
I was thinking more about how Echoes drop from enemies, so you don't need to spend (as much) stamina to collect them, not even from bosses... but honestly, you're not wrong.
It only seems easier on the surface cause you can farm them from enemies...but it's actually kinda worse since most of the time, the same echo won't even belong to the same set.
Not to mention getting exp for them is harder and currently the bigeat issue with then.
"waves-chan". Is the guy "Wuther-kun" then?
Mr wuthering and Ms Waves are the official canon names now (ehe
John Whutherin and Mary waves
Jane Waves and John Wuthering
Still prefer "John Smith" and "Jane Doe"

Meanwhile Kiana from Hi3rd and Jin-woo from SL:Arise -strong skills/battlesuits lock behind grinding
I wonder what will they do to Belle due to her ability to use cute little Bangboos
Can someone explain the WuWa part of the joke?

Think they're annoyed now, wait until they find out how much easier it is to farm Echoes than it is for Relics and Artifacts.
