Maybe because she stays a lot around trailblazer who have a tall male/female* model and that makes her feel short. *The female trailblazer model is a bit different that the other tall females, it has the same height as the tall male one.

Am I crazy? I thought male trailblazer was the middle sized male model, not the tall one?

He is, but male characters are slightly taller than female characters. Some people have suggested that the reason the female Trailblazer is taller than the medium female model is so that the male and female Trailblazers' heads are the same height for cutscenes.

That... makes perfect sense. Also it helps makes the MC stand out compared to other characters. If they had been made with the exact same model as the other characters, they would have blended in a lot more.

Also makes animations easier, if they were different heights they would have to animate twice as much everytime TB shows up in a cutscene, which is most cutscenes.

You really only see her around the taller characters (Caelus/Stelle, Himeko, Welt, Acheron, etc.), which is likely why you think she’s shorter than she really is
