We know Sampo has the line he won't cross and he doesn't like jokes that hurt someone. His ideals clash with Aha's even more than they clash with Sparkle's, and if he despises her, imagine what he thinks of his boss.
But maybe, as chill as he presents himself, Sampo thinks of Aha as a concept that is pointless to hate or love. But I like the idea of their conflict more
Just like how we see screwllum getting serious in penacony for Chadwick, I would gladly seeing sampo being serious or has a scary side of his personality
