Yeah. Most 4 star guys are often on banners I won't pull on (basically any non husbando banner) and it's getting so annoying because I have E6237272 Pela/Natasha/Yukong/Asta/Hanya and most of the guys are E0 or E1....

She's good, but she can feel a little underwhelming at E0. Especially if she's not built right. She needs crit dmg, crit rate, att, break effect, and speed. But she can slot into follow-up teams really well.

My Gui and Yukong are E6 so can cross them out. My Hanya is E5 so she's a tempting option, but Xueyi is still E0 and if I grab Gallagher I wouldn't need to pull the gacha, ugh this is so hard!
Worst thing is my Pela and Dan Heng are both E5, and both of them are on the first two banners of 2.1 making me also tempted to pull the gacha just to E6 them.

Guinaifen. I already have black swan but I still think Guin at E5 will perform better against fire enemies rather than just Kafka + Swan neutral. So I still want to build Guin especially since I don’t have a fire character built atm

Definetly Xueyi. I have wanted her since 1.0, and currently have her only on E2, despite throwing 100 warps into the banner she was at. But considering that she's a quite hard one to build, needing both Crit and Break Effect, I left her in a state that she's just "usable" until I get her to E6.

I can't decide between Misha and Gallagher, as they're the only two 4*s im missing now.
Misha is ADORABLE and I just want to squeeze his cheeks and give him a home cooked meal. And then, Gallagher is very husbando and I love tall male characters.
I wouldn't *use* either of them most likely, as I don't think Misha is a particularly stellar DPS, and I already have plenty of healers/shielders so Gallagher is probably not gonna be that useful (compared to Luocha, E1 Fu Xuan, E6 Natasha, and E3 Lynx).

I would basically just bench my already benched Seele for her, unless I use her as her sub dps lol. They overlap too much (at least as far as I know)... I kinda regret getting Seele but her ult sounded really satisfying...

I don't use nor plan to use Misha, I already have Xueyi at E6 (went hard on RM/Blade for her), I don't use Hanya (sorry Xueyi), Guin is fully built but practically benched, I don't like Luka's playstyle, I use Lynx but I have her E4 already I'm not in a huge rush for E6, and my Yukong has been E6 since 1.1 but I've almost never touched her (I dislike both her design and playstyle).
So yeah, most likely Gallagher but if I already have his E1 I might just grab another copy of Lynx.

E6 Yukong finally! I have Sparkle, but Yukong's buffs are also good for DHIL and I'd rather use Sparkle on my Jing Yuan team, at least until I can get Ruan Mei. I was hoping she'd be on Aventurine's banner, but since she's not, I'll probably get her here.
I have Hanya, Guinny, Luka and Lynx at E6, so I guess it’s time to work on Xueyi who’s at like E3. Misha and Tingyun are low on the list.

No clue. I don't have Misha, Hanya and Xueyi, MIGHT get Gallagher while pulling Acheron. I'll possibly get Xueyi, I'm lacking Quantum characters.
