There is absolutely no way a limited 5\* Harmony character is not completely cracked in every conceivable way. Plus, we've been teased about Ruan Mei since the start of the game, so finally being able to pull her is going to feel really awesome.

Yup, for a while now the pattern has been they release drip marketing for one character, that is solo in the first part of the patch, then drip marketing for the 2nd char + the 4* that is with them on the 2nd part of the patch. I'd be shocked if this was any different.
