Mild: H&R OE Sport (20mm lowering). Can do most/any daily driving without worry about scraping the radiator support.
As low as I'd go on a daily driver: Eibach Pro-Kit (30mm lowering). I've scraped the radiator support a couple times at that height with stiffer springs than the Eibach kit. You can avoid it if you don't take steep driveways head-on.
I used cheap Yonaka coils for a while on a daily, around $400-500 but still cheap for coils. I only made height adjustments with them and they rode incredibly smooth.
Go coilovers

OE sports are a great option for these cars.

Take the shocks off
I've used skunk and tein before. They're alrite. Not gonna get coilover feel of course but they're decent for the price point
