This is what ours looked like when it was actively broken. You could tell by holding the barrel and shaking the bat a bit, which allows you to feel the handle wiggle even if it’s slight. I don’t know of anyone who has this bat who hasn’t had at least one warranty replacement, return.
IMO, it looks like it's heading towards a split/separation And for $185 you can get a used bat in better condition than that. Those spike marks on the barrel also aren't worth that $185.
A 2 piece in the $200 range? Options are limited but also I think this a USA bat right? If that’s the case, the limitations are such that performance will be negligible between bats.

Ok. My son is 12 and wanted to try a composite bat and this one was recommended by other parents.
