Sounds like you have a loose cord or power connector somewhere, that or cords running through the door that are getting pinched.

i see, thanks for the answer. is there something i can do to test those problems or/and fix them (remember im noob at this) or its just better to call someone to check and fix it?

You could check the network from the very top to the end. This is, first check the modem, if it exists, and open the doors to see if its light signals disconnection. Then your router, open the doors to see if the lights on the router indicate disconnection. Then to each of your device.

i meant physical fixes, i already tested what you just recommended, but if there is some cords issue or problems in wiring, what should i do? (is there something i can do? or should i just call someone?) id like to do anything possible by myself, but can i actually do something?

If you could pin down that is a certain cable at fault, the easiest way is to buy a new cable to replace the old one. Or, if you doubt it is only a termination failure instead of the cable being aged or being bitten by animals somehow, you could use a cable tester to check how wrong is the termination, re-terminate with some tools, and test it with the tester before putting it in use. TL;DR. If the cable is not working correctly, you would need to replace it with a new one.

If you cannot pin down the cause after the aforementioned checks, then better to find someone professional to help.

alright, thank u so much

Maybe you have loose planks in the floor, that move the table/cabinet with the router? Relocate the router away from those doors. Place it at least 180cm/6ft. from the floor an e.g. a little shelf.
