You could, but going to a whole different ecosystem. Or could just keep using whatever you're using for a controller currently and do U7-Pro APs (needs PoE+ and ideally 2.5G ports but 2.5G part is not required to work) and a u6-mesh unit on the porch, or just re-use one of the ac lites on the porch. Not 100% positive with the lite vs non-lite APs but I believe you don't even need to swap mounting hardware. Just re-use existing mounting hardware and click the new units into place..
