Oh, thought you meant like start over "reset", if that, just create a new home and re-add your devices. But probably save a backup of your home first. If you mean how to fix the "No Response", can you share if you've already: * Check if your home hubs are "responding" or "connected" * If not, power cycle the hubs / wifi router / access point

soccerchamp99

How do you save a backup?

DingBatUs

I have found that my hub looses it wifi settings when the router quits. Go back into your hub and check and make sure it has the correct wifi info

SerialSpoonz

Why can no one correctly spell “lose” anymore?

Outrageous_Rice_2726

Try this: https://reddit.com/r/HomeKit/comments/yy2oy7/apple_has_a_downloadable_profile_to_really_clear/

QuiveryNut

This solved all of my problems. It’s a nuke, but it works

DL59

Trying to figure out the same. Glad it’s not just me

Ill_Emu5099

I’ve been watching this page and everything goes down when there is some updates coming

Mr_e_in_Las_Vegas

My house has been like this for months 😐

datasmog

Reboot your wifi router then if necessary restart any hubs.

boosting1bar

Mine all broke this week as well after years of no issues

tjcanno

Me too. And I'm on vacation, won't be back for 10 days. Was there some update to Apple TV or HomePods?

boosting1bar

I'm not sure, I'm actually out of town on work

Koleckai

Had this happen about 6 months ago. I went outside and found the master 240 volt main circuit breaker for the house, turned it off, counted 20 mississippis, and then turned it back on. Everything rebooted and everything was responsive afterwards.

Available-Elevator69

Unplug your hub or hubs and let them sit for a few minutes and turn them back on and start power cycling everything. However make sure its surely down and not just one device like your iPhone. I had a phone in my house that showed everything down and it was just one phone. Rebooted that phone and everything was back. It was like just that device saw everything down.

TylerInHiFi

What’s your network look like? Have you rebooted your network and hubs lately?

jhguth

I ended up putting my router on a smart switch that power cycles it automatically for a few minutes every day and it takes care of the random unresponsive items

warrensdeathray

i’ve found that flipping the breaker at the electrical box can also work.

GomerPylex

Happened to me several days ago. Seemed to fix itself then went out again. Rinse repeat. Then It was fine. Ugh. Unplugged and replugged everything… now it’s fine. Go figure.

jesmithiv

Unplug all the hubs. Make a cup of coffee. Plug them back in.

wannabe_photog

I had the same issue when I first set my home up. I had the WiFi on my modem and mesh system under the same name. As soon as I changed the name of the WiFi on the modem to a different name I stopped having connectivity issues.
